Goofy question, I know. But the other day my almost 1.5 year old got into the bathroom, unscrewed a bottle of baby shampoo, and dumped it all over the floor. He also smeared it all over his arms, legs, feet and hair. Well, I just discovered an area I hadn't thought to check-the tv stand. Yep, when he was trying to walk across the floor he grabbed the door of the tv stand and soap dropped down inside, and landed on the belly side of a movie.
So, do you think it's safe if I just run it under cold water and rinse it with the pads of my fingers?

Rinse with cold water. Don't use your fingers, maybe a soft cloth, microfiber, wipe from the center of the disc outwards.
