Stephen Miller raising his voice on FOX claiming Biden is 'clically insane' for allowing 40 million pleople in. The former Trump adviser raised his voice as he talked about the people who are being evacuated from Afghanistan. "Have we forgotten so quickly the 9/11 terrorists were granted visas by our State Department?" he shouted. "Have we forgotten so quickly that all that blood was shed because we weren't able to secure our own immigration system? Now we're going to repeat these mistakes again? Miller then falsely suggested that Biden was allowing "every person in the world who is living under Islamic theocracy" to move to the United States."How is that safe for us?" he exclaimed. "But this open-ended obligation to take up every one of the 40 million people who would prefer to live here than under Sharia law is clinically insane! And we will rue the day that we made that decision." youtu.be/85xOHUlwXrI

Your callous disregard for all of those left behind by this incompetent fool makes me sick.
If the thought of their tortures and beheadings makes you smile and give a thumb's up, you're as sick as he is.
Ok let’s get serious for second. Focus now. Currently the US is still getting people out Afghanistan. They have 4 maybe 5 more days to get people out before pulling our troops out to meet the 8/31 deadline. So where is your proof they are leaving anyone behind? Do you have that allusive crystal ball that shows you the future? Without that crystal ball you have absolutely no idea who if anyone will be left behind on 9/1. So why don’t you save your outrage until we see what happens on 8/31 and 9/1. AUGUST 30, 2021
13 Service members dead Hundreds of Americans stranded behind enemy lines Countless Afghan allies abandoned
I hope you gag on the stench of joe's failure.

Ok you need to focus again… My post above was done before the suicide bomber attack. Since then there was a warning that there would be an attack at the airport, then there was and it killed 13 of our military folks as well as dozens of innocent Afghan people and injuring dozens more. The US launched a drone attack against some guys out of Kabul. They did another drone attack against a car in Kabul and a secondary explosion would indicate the car had been full of explosives. The problem was the attack also killed members of an extended family who were in the area. Children were among the dead. The US Military is a favorite target of ISIS which means the longer that target is in Afghanistan the real possibility exists that more of our people could be injured or killed along with innocent Afghan people including children. The military stayed until the deadline and according to the tweet above no one was left at the airport. The other tweet said yes there are Americans still in the country BUT diplomatic efforts would continue to get them out. If there is another way to get these Americans out of Afghanistan without using ISIS’s favorite target the military shouldn’t we do it? If there is another way why put our military folks and innocent Afghans at risk? Yes this pure speculation on my part but it makes sense. But, once again, why would we want to put our military folks and innocent Afghan folks at risk if we don’t have to. And I will say this once again. There should be good faith Congressional Hearings, with no Republicans, to find out what happened and if could have been avoided. The reason no Republicans is because they have proven over and over again they have absolutely no interest in governing so in that case they shouldn’t be on any committee. Of course that won’t happen. Too bad.

Statement by President Joe Biden AUGUST 30, 2021 • STATEMENTS AND RELEASES I want to thank our commanders and the men and women serving under them for their execution of the dangerous retrograde from Afghanistan as scheduled – in the early morning hours of August 31, Kabul time – with no further loss of American lives. The past 17 days have seen our troops execute the largest airlift in US history, evacuating over 120,000 US citizens, citizens of our allies, and Afghan allies of the United States. They have done it with unmatched courage, professionalism, and resolve. Now, our 20-year military presence in Afghanistan has ended.
Tomorrow afternoon, I will address the American people on my decision not to extend our presence in Afghanistan beyond August 31. For now, I will report that it was the unanimous recommendation of the Joint Chiefs and of all of our commanders on the ground to end our airlift mission as planned. Their view was that ending our military mission was the best way to protect the lives of our troops, and secure the prospects of civilian departures for those who want to leave Afghanistan in the weeks and months ahead.
I have asked the Secretary of State to lead the continued coordination with our international partners to ensure safe passage for any Americans, Afghan partners, and foreign nationals who want to leave Afghanistan. This will include work to build on the UN Security Council Resolution passed this afternoon that sent the clear message of what the international community expects the Taliban to deliver on moving forward, notably freedom of travel. The Taliban has made commitments on safe passage and the world will hold them to their commitments. It will include ongoing diplomacy in Afghanistan and coordination with partners in the region to reopen the airport allowing for continued departure for those who want to leave and delivery of humanitarian assistance to the people of Afghanistan.
For now, I urge all Americans to join me in grateful prayer tonight for three things. First, for our troops and diplomats who carried out this mission of mercy in Kabul and at tremendous risk with such unparalleled results: an airlift that evacuated tens of thousands more people than any imagined possible. Second, to the network of volunteers and veterans who helped identify those needing evacuation, guide them to the airport, and provide support along the way. And third, to everyone who is now – and who will – welcome our Afghan allies to their new homes around the world, and in the United States.
Finally, I want to end with a moment of gratitude for the sacrifice of the 13 service members in Afghanistan who gave their lives last week to save tens of thousands: Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Darin T. Hoover, Marine Corps Sgt. Johanny Rosariopichardo, Marine Corps Sgt. Nicole L. Gee, Marine Corps Cpl. Hunter Lopez, Marine Corps Cpl. Daegan W. Page, Marine Corps Cpl. Humberto A. Sanchez, Marine Corps Lance Cpl. David L. Espinoza, Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Jared M. Schmitz, Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Rylee J. McCollum, Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Dylan R. Merola, Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Kareem M. Nikoui, Navy Hospitalman Maxton W. Soviak and Army Staff Sgt. Ryan C. Knauss.”
I had not read this before my post above.

Mhttps://www.npr.org/2021/08/30/1032367184/rockets-kabul-airport-deadline-us-troops-bomb
More than 123,000 civilians were flown out by the U.S. and its partners, which McKenzie called "a monumental accomplishment." A U.S. official also said today that 6,000 people who self-identified as American were American. The official said the number of Americans left in Afghanistan is below 250.
Despite the end of military presence, McKenzie echoed other administration officials who have emphasized in recent days that diplomatic efforts to get more Americans and American allies out of Afghanistan will continue. U.S. officials have said Taliban forces, who now control Afghanistan's borders and air space, have been told that anyone who wants to leave should be able to do so peacefully.
National security adviser Jake Sullivan said the Biden administration believes it will still have "substantial leverage" over the Taliban after U.S. forces withdraw from Afghanistan that will allow the U.S. and its allies to leave the country safely even after Tuesday's deadline.
Sullivan said there are about 300 American citizens who remain in the country. Many others hoping to evacuate are Afghans who helped the U.S. military and who qualified for special immigrant visas or other visas to come to the United States.

For now, the future remains to be seen. And you will be happy for us to go back? Absolutely not. As long as ISIS, al-Qaeda and the Taliban exist we will always be under the threat of a future attack. I fear it will happen, even though I pray it doesn’t, and we’ll wind up right back in the Middle East.

This x 1,000. Politics and power are what is driving the GQP. No love, no empathy, nothing. They do not care what happens as long as they can “own the libs” and score points. Including allowing thousands of people to die from COVID because a corrupt, shyster grifter decided to politicize a freaking DISEASE to gain reelection. I was conservative in my political outlook (I still have some conservative values) and voted for many Republicans over my almost 70 years. Never again.

By FAR the greatest terrorist threat comes from within the U.S. If January 6 didn't make that clear once and for all, I don't know what will.

And you will be happy for us to go back? Absolutely not. As long as ISIS, al-Qaeda and the Taliban exist we will always be under the threat of a future attack. I fear it will happen, even though I pray it doesn’t, and we’ll wind up right back in the Middle East. Here is a perfect example of the real threat to our citizens and to our country. From the article…. “Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.) on Sunday falsely suggested that elections in the United States are “rigged” and said there will be “bloodshed” if the country’s electoral system continues on its current path. Cawthorn, a freshman lawmaker and pro-Trump star of the far right, made the remarks during an event at the Macon County Republican Party headquarters in Franklin, N.C., on Sunday night. “The things that we are wanting to fight for, it doesn’t matter if our votes don’t count,” Cawthorn told the crowd, according to a video of the event posted by the county party on its Facebook page and circulated on Twitter by a Democratic congressional staffer. “ Because, you know, if our election systems continue to be rigged and continue to be stolen, then it’s going to lead to one place — and it’s bloodshed.”The video has been taken offline as of Tuesday morning. Cawthorn suggested that he was prepared to take up arms against his fellow Americans if necessary to combat voter fraud. There is no evidence that widespread fraud took place in the 2020 election. “I will tell you, as much as I am willing to defend our liberty at all costs, there is nothing that I would dread doing more than having to pick up arms against a fellow American. And the way that we can have recourse against that is if we all passionately demand that we have election security in all 50 states,” Cawthorn said, to applause from the crowd. About a minute earlier in his remarks, Cawthorn was holding a shotgun that he signed as part of a raffle conducted by the county Republican Party. Luke Ball, a spokesman for Cawthorn, said in a statement Monday that the lawmaker was “in no way supporting or advocating for any form of violence.” “In his comments, Congressman Cawthorn is CLEARLY advocating for violence not to occur over election integrity questions,” Ball said. “He fears others would erroneously choose that route and strongly states that election integrity issues should be resolved peacefully and never through violence.” Translation: “If the elections don’t turn out the way we think they should then they are rigged therefore we must fight for the outcome we want”. We saw an example of the “fight” on 1/6. Forget the simple fact there is no proof of any massive voter fraud. Because you have idiots willing to buy into these lies even with no proof to back it up. That is the real threat to this country. And it’s more deadlier then what those terrorist groups in the Middle East can try and do. But wait there’s more…
