How do I stop a project? I am trying to use just one cut from2 different projects. Is there a way to cancel the project so I can get back to home or my canvas without closing down Design Space?

Yes. If you click the 3-line ("hamburger") menu in the top left corner of the DS screen, one of the choices is "Canvas." If you click, that, you can go back to designing without cutting the rest of the project. There should also be a back button, but this is another way. HTH.
