Don’t loose track of this. The average difference on these returns is about $1,000.  He was only unemployed from June to October, so I suspect it's less than 1,000 but you're right it's our money and I should be tracking it better. Goodness knows if we owed the IRS they'd be all over us with interest, regardless of how backlogged they are. |

I got my refund by direct deposit today ! September 1. Interest added. I filed with Turbo on May 10.

Well 5 months later, I finally got my tax refund with interest.

Filed in May, and still waiting. Update: Got our full refund last week, but DD, who mailed her return at the same time I e-filed, hasn’t heard anything yet. |

I need to find the paperwork and see what happened. I think the letter said it would be a check, which is weird because everything else is direct deposit for IRS. Need to follow up on this. |
