The company is UK based but does ship to the US. I recently purchased the Gemini and love it. It is so nice to not battle with dies not cutting properly.
I ordered new plates directly from them after warping my first set, and then used Jen McG's method to avoid warpage!
I placed an order before I left on vacay, and the shipment arrived while I was gone. As you can imagine shipping from the UK is not super fast. Well due to unforeseen complications at home once home I really didn't look closely at my order. I thought, "hum, I don't remember ordering all of these Christmas tree shaped sentiments!" Well last night I sat down and looked at my packing sheet and what had arrived. Turns out I didn't order 8 very similar Christmas Greetings! I had ordered the Brush Lettering set of 8 stamps, which incidentally retail for $3 more each.
I scanned my packing sheet, referenced my order number and scanned the top edges of all the stamps I received in lieu of what I ordered. Sent off the email this evening.
We will see what the company does. I'm not keen on paying shipping to return something I didn't order! I would really like to receive what I did order.
Aurgh, I know first world problems!

When I have had issues with Crafter's Companion orders they have been really good at making it right. Once they sent me something by mistake, and they told me to keep it (which was incredibly generous). Most recently, I ordered their foilpress and they accidentally sent me the UK version rather than the US version (different plugs for different outlets). They sent me the correct foilpress right away and emailed me a prepaid shipping label so I could send the other one back at no cost to me. Another time, I had a couple of items missing from a fairly large order and they gave me store credit (the missing items were from a bundle - I was ok with the credit because I shop there a lot so I knew I would use it. My guess is they will either refund your order so you can place it again, or ideally, send you what you actually ordered. If they want you to mail back the stamps they sent you and don't send you a pre-paid shipping label, I would ask for one. You shouldn't have to pay to fix their mistake.

They have a warehouse in Southern California, I don't know if they ship from there. It is in a sorta industrial area. I guess I should keep my eyes open to see if they have any warehouse sales.

So an update, the UK NEVER answered my email. I called the So Cal number and they are sending the correct stamp order. They did say I could kept the other set. I asked about adding something to the order since they were shipping from the US anyway. So Cal said this wasn't possible. SOOOO, I sent another email to the UK, and again no answer. Little disappointed that there was no response from the UK. But at least I will get the stamps I ordered to begin with, yeah!

Where is the warehouse? caangel, the warehouse is in Corona, off the 15 fwy by Dos Lagos. The only reason I even saw it because I saw the name in purple on the building. I don't know even if they have warehouse sales, but some scrapbook companies in So Cal do (pre covid of course).
