Anyone else use their scrapbooking tools for chores? I have used three different Circuit tools to assist me just this week. I used the weeding tool to clean out the vacuum hose that was clogged. It did a great job of grabbing the stuck items. Next, I have an old Circuit spatula tool that is pretty sharp on the blade and like a tiny putty knife. I used that to pry off decorations my daughter had adhered to her mirrored closet doors. I followed that up by using the scraper tool and window cleaner to clean the adhesive off of the mirrors. I may be grabbing these since my scrap space is upstairs where I am doing my chores. Then again, these as so familiar to me and I know what they can do. Is it just me?

I am at Step one of making creme du mure, or homemade blackberry liqueur. I have macerated my blackberries and added a cup or so of red wine. The berries are to macerate for 48 hours in a cool place. I've covered the berry bowl with paper towels and taped it down with Minty Tape from scrapbook.com.

I have used washi tape and foam squares for quick and cheap repairs on toys until they "mysteriously disappear" without the children knowing.

We have locks on our fridge that frequently lose their stick. I have some heavy duty double sided tape I use to fix them.

I recently used my Cricut spatula thing when DH stuck the registration sticker for his license plate to the wrong car. It peeled it right off I just used my Fiskars trimmer to cut fliers in half for a PTA event I'm running. I could have used the school paper cutter but one, I hate that thing and it's really hard to get the paper to line up right, and two I'm not allowed in the building due to COVID... so out came the personal paper trimmer and 400 fliers are ready to get stuffed in backpacks next week. I use washi to stick my daily habits tracker to the wall. I've used my hole poker to poke holes in many non-scrapbook related things...

I use Washi tape to identify my pill bottles vs. DH's. I put a little around the lid. His antinausea meds get bright red Washi so we can find it quickly.

My Crop-A-Dile has gotten plenty of use around the house-especially for new holes in belts.

I use Press'n Seal to cover containers of food, even though it was only meant for placement of tiny die cuts.

Absolutely not; otherwise, they would then know I had said tools & be tempted to "borrow" them never to be seen again...

I use Washi tape to identify my pill bottles vs. DH's. I put a little around the lid. His antinausea meds get bright red Washi so we can find it quickly. I use circle stickers to put the refill date on the top of the bottles. On the pill organizers, I'll put a sticker for the day I need to get the refill. It has to be right in my face to remember! For a while, I did punch out circles and adhered them, but then I saw those at Dollar Tree. Much easier! I have a cabinet with three different designated shelves for meds, or I'd use that washi idea!
Absolutely not; otherwise, they would then know I had said tools & be tempted to "borrow" them never to be seen again... My family knows my pen drawers are sacred and to get their own damn post-it notes because I use my special size all the time. Same with scissors. Thankfully, the oldest two are done with school and it would be frightening if the youngest used them.
