As a spinoff of this poll, do you usually mix or match metallics on a layout/card/project? TIA. ETA: For example, on a layout with a gold foil accented patterned paper, do you typically select only gold embellishments or also use silver, rose gold, bronze, &/or other metallic embellishments on the page? |

I didn't vote because there's always someone who doesn't fit the choices  I typically only use one metal at a time, but I'm not averse to mixing them and have done so on some pages. |

I mix things all the time. I even mix (horrors!) white and off-white. If I like it, and I think it looks good, it's a go.

I’ll mix white & cream, square corners with round corners (I feel victorious every time an old school SC journal card gets used), photos with white borders mixed with no borders, etc. I can’t really think of any “rules” I have. I just let it flow. |

I mix and match all the time for cards and ATC's, but not in scrapbooks. I have a drawer full of pop cans cut an ready to use. I also have many cans of metallic spray paint. Along with actual metal I also have a lot of foil paper/cardstock.

I will *try* to keep metallics matching, but if I can't I don't stress about it, mix 'em, and move on.

Thanks for participating in the poll & your responses. While not opposed to mixing metallics, I only buy silver making it easy to match metallics!

No, I can't make myself mix gold and silver on my layouts.
I don't actually use very much metallic. I need to dig it out and use it!
