I have a Explore 2 that I’ve had for a couple years with no issue. Wondering if anyone has any quick problem solving suggestions. I googled and don’t see my exact issue, but did see lots of complaints about the amount of time it takes to get help there.
I was apparently signed out. Now I can’t get past the product setup/sign in page. Those are the only two clickable things on the page and nothing happens. I have rebooted my computer but nothing changed. I have my iPad connected to my Cricut and have no issues there.

If I understand correctly, you can use the Cricut with your tablet, but not your computer?
My first thought was that maybe your software needs to be updated, but back up everything first if you can.
Earlier I had an issue with my Silhouette Cameo and their design store. No one else was having an issue. Their customer service told me to use the F5 key. It worked. It may not be the same problem, but I doubt it would hurt to try the F5 key.

Thanks for the responses. I did it up calling and after an hour on hold and 30 minutes deleting and reinstalling, still nothing. He did say that they are doing an update tomorrow for Mac users and other people have contacted about the same issue so hopefully it magically begins working tomorrow. jjpeapea if not, I will certainly be giving your link a try.

It’s step by step with photos, but some things don’t align with my Mac. So I’ll try again tomorrow with another call. When I completed the call they asked me to send a screenshot of the part I was stuck. So hopefully it gets escalated to someone more technical. The man I spoke to was reading from a script and it appears this in not a generic issue.

Unfortunately, the reading from a script ……giving standard answers to standard problems instead of YOUR problem is a huge issue with Cricut. Unfortunately, it has also happened with Silhouette customer service, but when you tell them that didn’t work, and you need someone more tech savvy, then eventually you do get bumped up to someone more capable. At least that has been my experience in the past, and I’ve had to deal with customer service from both Cricut and Silhouette. It’s been awhile, thankfully. I haven’t used my Cricut in months. I guess I should give it a try and see if I have issues, although I’ve got a PC.

Monday update: none. I called. Waited on hold for one hour. Spoke to a gal for 3 minutes who put me on hold while she checked something and my call was disconnected So irritated. But my daughter did find me this cool site I have never heard of called so just sharing as it's a good one to have on hand. Isitdownrightnow.com and you will be able to comment via facebook once you put in the website you are having issue with. The good thing is there are a ton of people complaining about the exact same issue. So at least I know it's not just me. Hopefully with the number of complaints they will get to work on a fix.

This might be a silly question, but is your iOS updated to the latest version? I use Design Space with my Macbook Air, and I haven't run into any issues.

Another call and apparently the third time is a charm. Spoke to a very patient man who walked me through the same steps as my first call, but also had me clear my cache (same concept as jjpeapea linked me to, but a different way) and then reinstalled and boom, back in business. Thank goodness, I was getting pretty testy over this :-)
