I was trying to print some photos on my Canon Pixma MG7720 and noticed the black printhead was clogged. I cleaned the nozzles, realigned the print heads, and all seemed to be good on the nozzle pattern check.
Well, now all of my photos print with a very noticeable yellow cast and I can't figure out why. If I print a nozzle check pattern, it all looks great.
Any suggestions?

From Photoshop.
I figured it out — there was a misalignment in who was managing the colors!
