I hope they realize they cannot support themselves. And THAT is a fact! ‘Clear and present danger’: Majority of Trump voters believe it’s ‘time to split the country’ in two: report David Badash, The New Civil Rights Movement September 30, 2021 The highly-respected University of Virginia's nonpartisan Center for Politics has released a new study that finds a majority of Trump voters believe it's time to split the country into two, with "red states" and "blue states" seceding from the Union.
The organization, headed by Larry Sabato of "Sabato's Crystal Ball," reports that four in ten Biden voters agree. www.rawstory.com/clear-and-present-danger-majority-of-trump-voters-believe-its-time-to-split-the-country-in-two-report/ummm... we tried that once already, didn't we? And it didn't work out so well for the secessionists then, either. But hey, if they want to come up with their own federal system, their own capital, their own way of governing, and print some of their own (worthless) money, then have at it. We can trade with them for reals, instead of just supporting them with federal funds from liberal states, like we do now. There is a very good episode of Family Guy where Peter tries to do the same thing-- he finds out his property is technically not part of the United States, and declares himself President of the independent nation of Petoria. I have a feeling that 'Trumplandia' would turn out the same way that episode did.

If it were that easy then I say “Buh bye. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.” I’m sure my state would appreciate getting to use some of our ‘share’ of federal tax dollars. Maybe we wouldn’t have to beg for assistance when there’s a disaster since we’d have more of our own money and we won’t have senators from Red states voting against aid to punish us for not voting for their asshole candidate. That’d be great. But it’s not that simple. And for the reason that “red states” can’t afford it, it will never happen. The citizens in those states can’t actually afford for it to happen. I’m more fearful of the bullshit they’ll put us through trying. They’d rather destroy the democracy in their own selfish theological pursuits than stand by the constitution they’ve sworn to uphold.

If it was explained to them, they'd probably say THAT was a liberal plot, and all lies, too, just like with COVID, vaccines, pizzagate, emails, and all the rest. (and I agree with your fear of what them 'trying' would do...)

Concerned about some of the military too! A Marine who spoke at former president Donald Trump's rally in Georgia last weekend lied about pulling a baby over a wall in Afghanistan, according to a military spokesperson.Lance Cpl. Hunter Clark, who's under investigation for taking part in political activities by speaking at the Trump rally, claimed he was the Marine shown in a viral video lifting the child over the wall at the Kabul airport. "We're also honored to be joined by one of the Marines who bravely served in Kabul during the withdrawal — and helped evacuate children over ... the airport wall. You saw him. He did a great job," Trump said in introducing Clark, calling him a "handsome guy." Clark then told the audience: "I am the guy that pulled the baby over the wall and it's definitely probably one of the greatest things I've ever done in my entire life." *** CNNreported Friday that Kelton Cochran, a spokesman for the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, said in a statement: "Regarding the viral photo that began circulating around August 20, 2021, the Marine identified in that particular image was not LCpl Clark." www.rawstory.com/marine-hunter-clark-trump-rally/

Following the above about Arizona....Nothing will matter IF too many of these people get elected!! JD Vance is an author, former Wall Street trader and current senate candidate in Ohio. He was a guest on Tucker Carlson's white-power hour. He railed against people he doesn't like. "The basic way this works is that the Ford Foundation, the Gates Foundation, the Harvard University endowment — these are fundamentally cancers on American society, but they pretend to be charities, and so they benefit from preferential tax He continued: "Why don't we seize the assets of the Ford Foundation, tax their assets, and give it to the people who've had their lives destroyed by their radical open borders agenda?" *** To wit, JD Vance identified an enemy who, as the enemy, is no longer entitled to the rights, liberties and privileges of the in-group, i.e., the Republicans. The enemy deserves whatever's coming to it. In this case, "asset forfeiture," a violation of the sacred right to property, as conservatives in the past would have understood it. In this, Vance is helpfully describing how the Republican Party has changed from a party elevating the interests of the individual to a party elevating the interests of the collective at the expense of the individual. If we insist on it being a conservative party, we're actually misunderstanding it. *** This freedom, you may have noticed, is upside down, backward and prolapsed. It's also a key feature of authoritarian collectivism. You are not free when the governor, for instance, Florida's Ron DeSantis, not only permits the coronavirus to spread unfettered but forbids local authorities from preventing its spread. You are free, however, when the governor, for instance, Connecticut's Ned Lamont, takes your side against the coronavirus and legally forces scofflaws to get vaccinated. Members of the authoritarian collective see it the other way around. "In Australia right now … they're still enforcing lockdowns by the military," DeSantis said this week. "Is Australia freer than communist China right now? The fact that's even a question tells you something has gone dramatically off the rails." My first though is it’s a public company and they have the right to set the rules. But…
From the Washington Post…
“Former president Donald Trump has asked a court to mandate that Twitter restore his social media account.
In a filing late Friday, Trump asked a federal district judge for a preliminary injunction enabling his return to Twitter while his lawsuit against the social media giant continues.
“Plaintiff Donald J. Trump respectfully moves for a preliminary injunction directing, inter alia, Defendant Twitter, Inc. and all persons acting in concert with Defendant, to reinstate Plaintiff’s access to Defendant’s social media platform(s),” the filing said.
It argued that Twitter was “censoring” Trump by indefinitely banning him from the platform, adding that the company “exercises a degree of power and control over political discourse in this country that is immeasurable, historically unprecedented, and profoundly dangerous to open democratic debate.”

Bannon is calling out 'shock troops' if GOP takes WH in 2024, but he is already working in it now. They had a this past Wednesday night 09/29/21!! Bannon fires up 'shock troops' for next GOP White House The former adviser to President Donald Trump spoke Wednesday night to a new association of Republican presidential appointees in Washington. "If you’re going to take over the administrative state and deconstruct it then you have to have shock troops prepared to take it over immediately," Bannon said. Oct. 2, 2021, 4:30 AM EDT By Jonathan Allen WASHINGTON — Scores of former Trump political appointees gathered at a GOP social club Wednesday night to hear Steve Bannon detail how they could help the next Republican president reconfigure government. "If you’re going to take over the administrative state and deconstruct it then you have to have shock troops prepared to take it over immediately," Bannon said in a telephone interview with NBC News. "I gave 'em fire and brimstone." Bannon, who ran former President Donald Trump's first campaign and later worked as a top adviser in the White House, said that Trump's agenda was delayed by the challenges of quickly filling roughly 4,000 slots for presidential appointees at federal agencies and the steep learning curve for political officials who were new to Washington. He is not alone in that view. His appearance at the Capitol Hill Club came at the invitation of a new organization called the Association of Republican Presidential Appointees, which was formed to create a resource for future GOP officials tapped to fill federal jobs. Robert Costa, author of the bombshell book ‘Peril,’ says Trump will run in 2024 for 'vengeance' "There are so many statutes and regulations as well as agency and departmental policies, it can be very overwhelming when you first come in," said Jeffrey Scott Shapiro, a former Broadcasting Board of Governors official who is one of the organizers of the group. "This is an organization that has a very narrow, clear and much-needed purpose, and, once it is operational, I think it could do a lot of good not just for the Republican Party but for the country." Trump often railed publicly about career civil servants and Obama administration political appointee holdovers whom he saw as obstacles to his agenda, referring to them collectively as the "deep state." Bannon said he wants to see pre-trained teams ready to jump into federal agencies when the next Republican president takes office. For the most part, that means the tiers of presidential appointees whose postings don't require Senate confirmation. Women's March holds hundreds of rallies nationwide in support of abortion rights "We’re going to have a sweeping victory in 2022 and that’s just the preamble to a sweeping victory in 2024, and this time we’re going to be ready — and have a MAGA perspective, MAGA policies, not the standard Republican policies," he said, referring to Trump's "Make America Great Again" slogan and describing a 2024 electoral victory as a "second term." The launch party Wednesday drew a crowd of roughly 200 former officials from multiple Republican administrations — though mostly Trump appointees — according to a person who attended and is not one of the organizers of the group.Shapiro said organizers are still trying to determine who will lead the association, but he said the need for institutional memory is apparent. "What we’re hoping to do is build a base of people that can be available as a support system for political appointees who are coming in for the first time," he said. "It’s easy, if you know the rules, to accomplish your objective." www.nbcnews.com/politics/politics-news/bannon-fires-shock-troops-next-gop-white-house-n1280591

From Fox News….
”Bill Maher defends Sinema, Manchin: Maybe they have 'their thumb more on the pulse on the average Democrat'
The only thumb on the pulse these two idiots have is for their rich donors who are against the infrastructure bills.
As an average Democrat I have groused about some programs, the collateral damage some of these programs would cause, the cost, & the “it’s our way or the highway” attitude displayed by some.
But sometimes one needs to step back and look at the big picture and think/realize this stuff needs to be done now. Stuff this country has ignored for decades. Stuff where we have reached the “out of time” stage.
And we have a chance to get this done and the only thing stopping it from happening are these two fools.
Yes big money is playing a part but ultimately it’s the responsibility of the voters to hold these guys and in fact all elected officials accountable which they never seem to do when it counts.

BIG rally in Kansas today. Yes, yes there was!! 😁 TOPEKA — A handful of people showed up at the Kansas statehouse to make a case Saturday that federal prosecutors were unfair to hundreds of Jan. 6 insurrectionists who breached the national Capitol building while contesting the election loss of President Donald Trump. Ian Camacho, who organized the gathering on behalf of Look Ahead America, said the objective was to nonviolently express his views and meet people in Kansas seeking justice for the protesters. He said he would have preferred attendance of more than five people, but welcomed the opportunity to urge state and federal politicians to intervene on behalf of “political prisoners" charged in aftermath of the incursion at the U.S. Capitol. www.rawstory.com/trump-rally-in-kansas/

This is all just too much crazy!!! Make it stop, please!! Former Donald Trump lawyer L. Lin Wood has expanded the list of crazy conspiracy theories he's pushing. Wood came to prominence pushing Donald Trump's "Big Lie" of election fraud. But he then quickly began pushing other conspiracy theories. Two days before the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol, Wood pushed the QAnon conspiracy theory. In April, he bizarrely claimed he roamed the White House and Trump was still there. By September, Wood was claiming the "Illuminati is real." And on Friday, Wood went full 9/11 truther, as Boing Boing reported on Saturday. "Nine eleven. You want to talk about that? Let's talk about CGI. You know what that is? Computer graphics generated images. You know what CGI is? You know what deep fake videos are? I know you know what Photoshopping is," Wood said. He went on to allege it was all a plot to cover-up the theft of $3.5 trillion. "And then all of a sudden, on 9/11, what appeared to be a plane hit one building, what appeared to be a plane in another building. Then, later that night, another building failed, and I wasn't hit by a dadgum thing. It was the building that went down, Building Seven, that had all the paperwork in it with respect to the missing money," he argued. "And the Pentagon got hit by a missile. There were no plane fragments found anywhere on any of the sites — New York, Pennsylvania, the Pentagon. And they just happened to hit where the papers were about the missing money." There are no coincidences. We got played. We got played by people that are so evil that for money they killed 2,800 Americans on that day, including policemen and firefighters," he argued. Wood went on to say that former Republican President George W. Bush should be in jail. youtu.be/Vubn1WwObDwwww.rawstory.com/lin-wood-conspiracy-theory/

How did we miss this... GOP wanted to vote to stop aid for Afghan refugees here.. vote was 50/50... Thanks Sen Tom Cotton... All we heard was get them out... Now they shouldn't be here?!? How Biden was such a failure, incompetence and the military screwed up... And only 18 months of help.. And yes Homeland Security should vet the, but they forget all the applications, thousands, that were not processed for the last years/months by the former administration!! September 30, 20211:17 PM EDTLast Updated 3 days ago Asia Pacific U.S. Senate defeats bid to curtail benefits for Afghan refugees Reuters WASHINGTON, Sept 30 (Reuters) - The U.S. Senate narrowly defeated Republican-backed legislation on Thursday that would have curtailed assistance for thousands of Afghans evacuated last month as U.S. forces withdrew and the militant Islamist Taliban took over Afghanistan. The measure failed on a 50-50 vote because it needed a simple majority to be included in a spending bill that must pass to keep the government open after midnight. Senators voted along party lines, with Republicans backing the measure and Democrats opposing it, underscoring the deep divide over how the country should deal with a flood of Afghans desperate for new homes after the U.S. withdrawal from their homeland. The measure, sponsored by Republican Senator Tom Cotton, would have cut off housing, medical, food and other aid for the resettled Afghans after March 31, 2023, and waived strict requirements for obtaining government identification that would have made it more difficult to obtain drivers' licenses. It also called on the Department of Homeland Security to more quickly review applications from Afghan asylum seekers.Republican Senator Rob Portman, speaking on behalf of the amendment, called it a common-sense effort to ensure proper vetting of people admitted to the United States. Democratic Senator Jeanne Shaheen spoke against the amendment. She said Afghan refugees would be properly vetted without it. She and other Democrats also argued against cutting off benefits to people who badly need them. Gene Ho, a minor MAGA celebrity who claims to have served as former president Donald Trump's personal campaign photographer, has repeatedly endorsed the QAnon conspiracy theory over the years — even emceeing the group's "Red Pill Roadshow" last year. But since launching his mayoral campaign, Ho has tried to distance himself from QAnon and run as a "milquetoast MAGA candidate" — removing items from the site such as a mug bearing the slogan "WWG1WGA" (Where We Go 1, We Go All) and a T-shirt saying "Get WQke," according to a report from Rolling Stone. *** South Carolina — where Trump "Kraken" lawyer L. Lin Wood ran unsuccessfully for state GOP chair earlier this year — has become "a magnet for conspiracy theorists" and is "well-primed for a QAnon takeover," according to Rolling Stone. The QAnon movement has told people to go run and win elected office and that is basically what has happened here," Wiles said. Carusone, of Media Matters, said he's less concerned about Ho's chances of winning than the long-term implications his campaign could have. "The reality is they're gonna break through," Carusone said of QAnon candidates, adding that the group "was never going to just go away because Trump lost the election." www.rawstory.com/candidate-gene-ho/

Entitled much?!?!? He says Biden's FBI is using their power to investigate him, but he has NO idea why or what?! False alarms at the Capitol?? On Monday, Axios reported that Rep. Jeff Fortenberry (R-NE), a prominent GOP official on the House Appropriations and Agriculture Committees, told his supporters he is facing "federal prosecution," and set up a fund to let them donate to his legal expenses — although it is unclear what exactly he expects to be charged with."In a new fundraising page for his legal expense fund, Rep. Jeff Fortenberry (R-Neb.) writes: '[President] Biden's FBI is using its unlimited power to prosecute me on a bogus charge,'" reported Lachlan Markay. "A Fortenberry spokesperson did not immediately respond to requests for comment. The FBI also did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment. Records on file with the House clerk show Fortenberry set up the legal expense trust on August 27." Fortenberry has previously made national news for threatening a college professor who liked a social media post of a campaign sign defaced to read "Fartenberry," and for allegedly making false emergency calls to Capitol Police to test their response time.www.rawstory.com/nebraska-republican-announces-he-s-facing-federal-prosecution-and-begs-for-legal-donations/

Big open can of worms!! Trump’s Sprawling Use of NDAs Now Threatens to Humiliate HimI'LL NEVER TELL Roger Sollenberger Political Reporter Asawin Suebsaeng Senior Political Reporter Updated Oct. 04, 2021 9:16AM ET Published Oct. 04, 2021 5:00AM ET For decades, Donald Trump has treasured non-disclosure and non-disparagement agreements, using them to prevent staff and associates from divulging information about his political and corporate empires. But a recent court judgment has called into question just how iron-clad these agreements really are, potentially exposing Trump to many of the secrets he’s worked to keep private in all facets of his life.Just last week, the Trump NDA regime suffered its most stinging defeat, with a New York arbitrator ruling against Trump in a case that his campaign had fought for three years. The case stemmed from a 2018 lawsuit the campaign brought against former White House adviser and The Apprentice contestant Omarosa Manigault Newman for her tell-all book, Unhinged. In a massive blow to Trump, the arbitrator ruled that the campaign’s NDA was too expansive and vague to enforce, ordering the campaign to reimburse Manigault for three years of legal fees. The arbitrator, Andrew Brown, said in his decision that the campaign’s NDA went too far by forcing Manigault “to never say anything remotely critical of Mr. Trump, his family or his or his family members’ businesses for the rest of her life.” Brown ruled that “such a burden is certainly unreasonable.” An arbitrator ruled that that the Trump campaign’s NDA for Omarosa Manigault Newman was too vague. But this ruling is notable for far more than its implications for Manigault. Namely, it could provide a precedent for MAGA defectors and other spurned associates who, intimidated by the vengefully litigious former president, have kept quiet about some of their inside knowledge.“This is going to have a massive impact, and it’s because of the way Trump treats people when he’s done with them,” Manigault told The Daily Beast on Sunday, pointing to public humiliations such as getting fired by tweet. “I really do feel that folks who have been mistreated or embarrassed, who certainly have information to share will go, ‘Hmm—well they haven’t heard this story,’” Manigault said. “There were so many people in the room when he was doing things that were so clearly unlawful, unethical, unhinged—whatever ‘un-’ you want to use—especially people in the White House. It’s not because they’re unloyal or don't care about the office or the country; it’s because of how he treated people.”www.thedailybeast.com/donald-trumps-sprawling-use-of-ndas-now-threatens-to-humiliate-him-non-disclosure-agreement-omarosa

More on Lewandowski... The story, along with Lewandowski's "aggressive sexual advances," made Odom visibly "intimidated and frightened and fearful," prompting another guest at the event to ask if she was okay. In fact, Odom alleges the incident was so blatant that South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem texted Lewandowski to stop touching her.Earlier this week Noem was also forced to deny reports in the right-wing press that she was engaged in an extramarital affair with Lewandowski. Lewandowski's attorney, David Chesnoff, told NBC News that the "accusations and rumors appear to be morphing by the minute and we will not dignify them with a further response." www.salon.com/2021/10/03/ex-aide-corey-lewandowski-bragged-about-two-men-before-groping-donor-police-report/**** Kristi Noem Shows Why Republicans Can’t Have Nice Things. September 28, 2021 Multiple sources have informed American Greatness that South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem is having an extramarital affair with adviser Corey Lewandowski, who previously served as a campaign manager for Donald Trump. The alleged fling reportedly has continued for months, sources say. Lewandowski accompanied Noem across the country as she stumped for Trump’s reelection last year. According to South Dakota Republicans, former Noem chief of staff Joshua Shields left, in part, because of Lewandowski’s butting in. ...... amgreatness.com/2021/09/28/kristi-noem-shows-why-republicans-cant-have-nice-things/
