I want to love it, but I'm don't. I have 3 problems: 1. too ornate (a lot of SS "vintage" and "garden" lines are too ornate for me) 2. feels a little drab 3. I feel like I own it 3 times over already.
I'm actually glad to not be driven to spend.

I really like Good Stuff, but I don't like SS cream based papers, so I'll pass.

I just don't love any of it.
Too froo froo.
Too pink.
If I see "Blessed" even one more time, I'll puke. (It's the trendy word on shirts, bags, and now sb stuff, i guess).
I'm over the kawaii faces on everything. Too cutesie.

An easy pass for me on most of these, although Feelin’ Frosty is giving me strong Crate Paper Snow & Cocoa vibes…

I like Feeling Frosty We get at least one big snow storm every year and this would work nice since I mainly have Christmas paper not winter paper

I like hearth and home - not all of it but there are definitely pieces I want.
The others - not for me

I was anxiously awaiting their "calendar" collection as I used "Hello Today" for my PL album this year and really liked it, but assuming that "Good Stuff" is it, I don't care for it at all. I still have a package of "Hello Today" that I was saving to use the b-sides, but I might add some stash and use it again for another year.
I like "Feelin' Frosty" the best out of these, but I have an abundance of winter papers that I should probably try to use up first. I'll see. I might give in and pick this one up.
"Weathered Garden" is beautiful, but I don't have photos for it. I think I have filled my quota of "Simple Vintage" lines and don't need anymore unless I make a miraculous and large dent in what I already have.

Simple Stories continues to be my most used collections I think, but that said, I don't need any of it. I will prob pick up a few pieces of paper at some point, but I tend to go for their patterns that are not as themey. I also like the sticker books because of the amount of stickers and the stencils are nice.
Hearth and home is my fav color scheme from these releases.

Simple Stories has been one of the only brands that has made anything has appealed to me in the last two years... that being said at first glance none of these are saying "bring me home!" sometimes I have to look at papers a few times before the patterns and colors grow on me. Hearth and Home and Good Stuff are probably the two I'll eventually decide I need.

Weathered Garden is gorgeous! I have such a hard time using floral paper though! Hearth and Home is pretty too, but I have way too much fall stuff right now. I love the Good Stuff line! I've been very drawn to bright colors recently. I think this would be a fun line to use for my Family album that uses divided sheet protectors. It would also challenge me to use something out of my comfort zone. I don't need any of Happy Hearts, except maybe this paper. www.acherryontop.com/shop/company/simple_stories/line/happy_hearts/476245-Journal%20Elements%20Paper%20-%20Happy%20Hearts%20-%20Simple%20Stories%20-%20PRE%20ORDERSimple Vintage Cottage; love that die cut pack! Where are there good images of their sticker books? I've might want to buy them, if I could see the details on each sheet! Simple Stories website doesn't even help! It's impossible to read the word strip stickers.

I think Feelin' Frosty is really pretty, but I don't need any more winter-themed supplies

I didn't like Cottage Garden the first time, and my opinion hasn't improved with time. Weathered Garden is pretty but not really my style. I love the distressed solids they include, although I already have a ton of these from when I was digi scrapping. I really wish SS would use some of Katie Pertiet's non vintage stuff, she's designed some really beautiful things and for a very long time was my go to digi designer. That said, I'm glad there's an option for people who love this style, because it is different from what AC has been making.
Feelin' Frosty is cute enough, and I like the soft purple in the colour scheme, but living in a climate that doesn't really get cold enough for gloves or even scarves during winter, I just don't really have a use for it.
Happy Hearts just feels a little confused, those Maggie style florals and the vintage style labels are completely out of place with the cutesy hearts and the mix tapes. I don't love anything in this line.
I find Hearth & Home incredibly appealing, I think because I really like that particular shade of yellow. I think I'll probably pick up some of this one.
Good Stuff is nowhere near as nice as this year's line. I liked the idea of using a collection like this to tie a whole year together so I might pick up some of this year's collection from an lss here while she still has it in stock.

Also, coming back to add, I really hope the E's on the tag in the brad pack are actually visible irl, because in the image that tag reads "wak up and liv your best lif"

I find Hearth & Home incredibly appealing, I think because I really like that particular shade of yellow. I think that's why I like this kit so much, I like that yellow. I think this will play nice with my idea of "Pieces of Home" and "Cozy" layouts that I have tumbling around in my head.

I really like Hearth & Home, Good Stuff, and Simple Vintage Cottage Fields. But I'm trying not to spend much right now. And I haven't been scrapping regularly and am drowning in PL kits.
Womp womp.

Where are there good images of their sticker books? I've might want to buy them, if I could see the details on each sheet! Simple Stories website doesn't even help! It's impossible to read the word strip stickers. Their Q4 retailer catalog here (PDF download) has slightly higher quality images of the sticker books - they're still pretty small but you should be able to zoom in enough to read the words.

I really like Good Stuff. It's a nice versatile line that could be used in a number of ways--blend with other lines, for teens, daily life, etc. I'm sure I will end up with some Feelin' Frosty and Happy Hearts too, but I need less (or really don't actually need at all!) items with those themes. But I know these annual themes must sell well as almost every company (that is still around) puts them out every year.

The only thing I'm in love with is Hearth & Home. The Simple Vintage collections are pretty but not my style and I've never bought any of them. Feelin Frosty and Happy Hearts just don't appeal to me. I'm going back and forth on Good Stuff. It's a like - not love.

Thankfully I'm not too tempted by any of the new releases. The last thing I need is more paper and embellishments LOL.
