Here is mine...the first 12x12 layout I've created in 5+ years. Last year I got back into scrapbooking during the initial months of Covid. But I started with PL and mini albums. Untitled by M Swiat, on Flickr

burnbright, I love your pages. I’m glad you are posting here. Your pages are so clean and classy. Adorable photos. This looks like a lovely birthday album. Please keep posting. Linda, I love your hearts page with your DD. I love the way you offset your photo mats at angles. It adds movement to your page. AussieMeg, joyfulnana, angel97701, scrappyrabbit, kitbop, msupea, gramma, and grammadee, you have love in the gallery. craftymom101, I love your horseback riding page. The design is perfect for all the photos you have used, which really show so many aspects of the day. Lovely page. I hope I caught every project so far. Here are some cards I made that don't fit the card challenges. I am sending them to my grandchildren for Halloween. I still need to add a spider hanging down and a white square for writing inside the EEK card. 3D Haunted House EEK Spooky Halloween Card

I needed some masculine birthday cards, so I broke out my Buffalo stamp set (unity) and made these…this is my second try at water coloring lol, I like them fine, but it's harder than YouTube makes it look lol.

AussieMeg I love how your papers always go so well with what your scrapping, love the "weekend vibes" ! scrappyrabbit putting those 3 pics of the giant sequoias together is a really powerful statement and enhances how big the trees are-awesome! gramma, your studio looks beautiful and so organized! I love to just step in and be able to craft; looks ready to go! msupea, the vertical lines of your LO are great! It really draws your eye into the photos. Ryann and grammadee while I am not ready in any shape or form for Christmas or snow, your whimsical cards make me smile! They are great fun and a welcome departure from heavy holiday colors! nylene your card is Halloween fun! I love the colors and the folds...super cute!

burnbright, I really love the way you have worked with the CT album and created something simple, yet powerful and elegant. I think that is the challenge of those albums, there isn't enough space to just add everything, so you need to make some hard decisions! linda, you say you scraplifted, but I see your style in this and that makes it special! I love the patterns you picked and photo choice! joyfulnana, your use of color and white space in the baby LO is awesome. It really draws your eye in, yet is peaceful. craftymom101-your 2 page LO are fantastic, with all the layering and the way you make them go together seamlessly. Love it! kitbop, your pages always have so much energy and life! You can see the movement in those photos and the LO enhances it. angel97701, great work on your DT! It is always fun to see what you create!

Go gramma! Go gramma! Looking clean! (is this a whole new room??? or just a different angle for me?) scrappyrabbit - leaving comments on flickr for your wonderful layouts! msupea - that is a brilliant use of the green and kraft, very striking design! Ryann - those are STINKIN cute! Will you gift them or use them? Just adorable, and so much fun to say you've done them from scratch. grammadee - please see Flickr, your cards are AMAZING! Very different from last year? Adorable snowmen/polar bears. nylene - so cute, I love halloween cards but have no need to make any. kmage - great watercolouring! My experience is that brown is a tough colour to make look impressive

I continue to make cards: this is another design I played around with. Not sure which pointsettia and which leaves I like more??? But I'll probably make a couple more. The "JOY" utilizes all the pieces of a single cutting, hence they are opposites of each other. I much prefer the blacker version but don't want to waste the other pieces! Ink blending on the die cut border and pointsettia/leaves. cards pointsettia joy by kirstendrew, on Flickr I also played around with these designs, but I don't think I'll make more - I like that I can use the cutesy critters but colouring is more time consuming than I like. cards fa la la by kirstendrew, on Flickr Made some tags for our presents with another cute set that needed to be tried. I'm finding that adding texture in the background really elevates the feel of the card/tag, and my DH agrees. cards mini tags by kirstendrew, on Flickr Another old stamp set pulled out: I used it to create my cards about 8 years ago, so glad it's getting another use this season. cards stamped ornaments by kirstendrew, on Flickr Made these for coworkers, but need to make some more. I think my fave is the angled version and the orangey die cut flower. Jennifer McGuire suggested the stacked design in our Crop and Create weekend, but being true to my own design style I had to add stuffs. card amazing nurse by kirstendrew, on Flickr And then I stopped myself and made myself scrap a page before I forgot how! layout unplugged netless fun by kirstendrew, on Flickr

This is a scraplift of a layout I saw in the gallery (somewhere?), and I thought it would be good for the triangle challenge in this month's team challenges.

I apologize, I haven't taken any time to check out anyone's lovely creations this month and it's already the 23rd! I've barely been keeping up with the Cardtober posts, and I've been making things and not sharing them as I go. Ooops. Now I don't even know where to start. Forgive me if I flood the thread here... I'll start with card sets/groups of cards I made. These are upcycled from a calendar page (the mountain and sofa are from one painting) and a post card and some greeting cards I've been saving for many years. Most are a bigger size than my usual A2, not sure what it's called though. One was upcycling my own celebrate card that my SIL bought from me then sent me for my b'day, now I'm donating it. lol. October share by jo.blackford, on Flickr I think I shared these somewhere but I can't remember if it was just on IG... I had made the backgrounds months ago to use up scraps/experiments, I just needed something for the foregrounds. October share by jo.blackford, on Flickr Ditto with these. I stuck the papers down for the backgrounds ages ago and just needed something to finish them off. A friend shared some oval dies and stamps with me and they were perfect. I used up a bunch of random things I had cut and colored, plus a piece of advertising I had saved (the colorful leaves). I was proud of these because I used what I had on hand even though I really wanted to buy some proper fall leaf dies. October share by jo.blackford, on Flickr close ups of the ones using the advertising. The bottom one is a z-fold. October share by jo.blackford, on Flickr These were 2 sheets of paper that I bought last year, very quick and simple cards, and I used up all of my pink enamel dots on them. I have had the dots for way too long, I really struggle with them, so I just stuck them on and didn't worry too much about it. October share by jo.blackford, on Flickr These are the rest of the cards I made to use up the colorful scrap strips. Super simple. October share by jo.blackford, on Flickr I'll come back later and share the individual cards I made.

kitbop your coloring is really good. I tried a few years ago and just couldn't figure it out. Want to try again. Also really like the deer antler card, cool idea to string the words between.
