Has anyone tried that WRMK hole punch that Ali’s been raving about? How is it? I have the Power Punch, which I have always really liked, but it’s not doing the best job going through page protectors lately. It’s fine if I’m making a new hole, but not great at punching through the plastic of a hole that’s already there but needs widening (Studio Calico, cough cough). This is the one she’s using, i think - www.scrapbook.com/store/ac-660094.html?w=Hole+punch

Have it. Love it. Will likely buy the other ones with different shapes as well.

I have it and like it. It is a bit heavy if that is a concern for you.

I use the original Crop o dial for punching holes in chipboard or page protectors or other tough materials. It has two sizes, and I have not found the need to punch different ones.

I got it last year for dd and I absolutely love it. I've been using it for nearly a year. Easy to line up. Doesn't take a lot of hand strength to squeeze. I've only used it for 3 layers including a pp at a time.
My other hole punches , including my six hole, have been gathering dust.
This is one of my favorite tools. Hands down.

Interesting. I looked at one today at Hobby Lobby and thought about getting it since they are on sale this week.

Interesting. I looked at one today at Hobby Lobby and thought about getting it since they are on sale this week. That's a pretty good price for that punch. ($23.99) I am currently boxing up my craft room and have lost count of boxes (thank goodness for Safeway apple boxes). I told myself no more scrapbooking items until I get unpacked and in my new room. Hahahaha. I mean I don't always listen to myself. My good friend has talked about wanting a Crop o Tile and this might be a good gift.

I have it. I like it. My 1/4” hole isn’t punching as well anymore and I only bought it March 2020

At Scrapbook.com it is $45! I need to find it on sale. That is a lot for a hole punch.

The larger hole on the dile is the same as the 3/16ths on the WRMK hole punch - which means the hole is tight for AE/SC album rings. You can get away with it, but when flipping through your albums, you have to work to get the pages to turn. The 1/4 inch on the WRMK matches the holes on the AE/SC PP perfectly.

Yes, that does help. Without a paper it just twists up the hole and leaves a big rivet around it. I can get it to work with a paper, but it’s not a clean cut al all. It leaves jagged edges and looks uneven.

ETA: i think the crop-a-dile has a deeper reach than this one. 2" vs 1". i like the two extra bigger holes on this one but i need the deeper reach of the crop-a-dile.

I had been thinking of getting this, too, so I can customize my page protectors. It's good to know that so many of you like it--the reviews I had read weren't great. I'll definitely look for a sale and pick one up when it makes sense.
