My girlfriend just adopted a sweet little Corgie boy. Cute as a button! Typical, I suppose, when you get a new pup, you want to see all the things on line about them. She found this site yesterday and sent it to me. Hazel, obviously, is a Corgie. A very tolerant Corgie. Those of you who have them, or those of you who love them might enjoy this site. Well, I guess you don't have to love the breed to enjoy silly dog pictures, but it helps. thingsonhazelshead.tumblr.com

That Hazel is cute! I agree, you don't have to be a Corgie lover to love those pics. TFS!

My first grand-dog, before any of my grandchildren, was/is a Corgi. Still love that Bowzer boy!

I have two Pembroke corgis. Our female, Daphne, is my profile picture. She's about as nice of a dog as you'll ever meet. We have a tri-colored male pup named Kenny. He's about 14 weeks old. He's a typical puppy and a bit of a handful, but he's happy and friendly. I think he'll turn out to be a great dog too. The only bad thing I have to say about corgis is that they shed a lot.

We have a female red/white named Sophie and a tri-color (almost one year old) male named Murphy. Both are from an awesome breeder and their temperaments are amazing. I've never had a puppy obey better than Murphy! I'll try to post a pic later.
I totally agree on the shedding...it is horrendous!

Your friend needs to google Sutter Brown - the first dog of California. I follow him on Facebook. He's the coolest corgi. The person who does his Facebook page does a great job. There are also some really nice articles about how he goes to work with Jerry Brown and his effect on morale in the workplace. They might not all agree on politics, but they all dig the corgi. Although some critics have said that the governor uses Sutter's popularity to push his agenda.
