This weeks sketch is brought to you by the colors of fall and the upcoming holiday of Halloween! Of course you can use this sketch any way you like, but with Halloween a favorite in my family—most any holiday with any yummy candy is a favorite—I used the sketch to do a layout of my granddaughter in a costume I made for her. Yay, I LOVE the sketch!! And your layout is fabulous! I really love the border of bats on the right, instead of the journaling strip. Great embellishments too (especially the spider web circle element) and such great photos. I can't wait to start on this sketch.

Wow! Love the sketch, katiekaty ! Printing if off to take to the crop next weekend. Obviously--given your and AussieMeg 's beautiful takes on it--this will work for ANY season! Love how you have used pattern and texture to keep each element unique, yet tied the whole page together with colour. |

AussieMeg your layout is absolutely gorgeous! It’s like your pictures, papers and embellishments, and the sketch were made and designed for each other. You are so talented! grammadee I wanted to choose a very versatile and easier sketch to use with embellishments that you could pull from your collection and it would be quick and with great results. A good way to dig into our stashes!

A good way to dig into our stashes! It's very versatile, I had numerous options for the photos to use. I could have used one landscape or square photo, or two portrait photos. I know that I will use this sketch again. |

scrappyrabbit adorable layout and adorable puppy! I take my little chi weenie shopping at Petco and he loves it and the a stop on the way home at Starbucks for a puppachino and he is in heaven! Arthur looks like he is thoroughly enjoying his trip to the store.

I really liked this sketch! It’s a great way to use up scrap paper, thank you! I love the other layouts, katiekaty I love the muted Halloween colors and that costume is awesome! AussieMeg the colors go together so well and I like how you arranged the cluster in the bottom left, those are hard to get right and yours is perfect. scrappyrabbit, it was so clever to use the puppy face in a circle and make that a focal point; your LO just shows how much fun you all were having!  |
