Could it be homelessness? Could it be the hopelessness when they can't find living wage jobs at their highest reachable level of education? Don't be silly!
According to Josh Mandel, GOP Candidate in OH, it's not enough God (his God, naturally) forcibly shoved down their throats.
"… I think the worst thing happening to kids today is that the Secular Left, the fake news media, the Uniparty in Washington, they’re trying to take God out of all aspects of society. And they’re trying to water down on the Judeo-Christian bedrock of America. And my personal feeling is we shouldn’t be watering down. We should be doubling down. We should be instilling faith in the classroom, in the workplace, and everywhere in society.
The secular left, the ACLU, the Southern Poverty Law Center, a lot of these Soros-funded organizations — they advance the argument that the separation of church and state exists, and, for that reason, you can’t teach kids about religion. My personal feeling is: There’s no such thing as separation of church and state.
The framers of the Constitution envisioned a country where, in the classroom, kids would learn about God. That in the classroom, kids would learn about good [versus] evil, and that Judeo-Christian ethic separates itself from Islam and atheism and all these other belief sets on so many levels, but one of the main levels is our acknowledgment of good vs. evil and teaching our kids to fight for good over evil."
That's super, Josh. But I don't give a flying F#$*(#*$ about your "personal feeling" on the matter. Your "personal feeling" implies no one knows the difference between right and wrong w/o your particular set of stories. Peddle it elsewhere.
I will fight for "good" over HARM to humans all day long. I don't particularly care about "harm" to your particular sky father.

Of course, because it's about control. Control over your actions/reactions, body, and values.

Apathy by their parents when it comes to voting and being aware of the issues facing the country.
A couple of years ago a study or poll was done that showed the majority didn’t take the future into consideration when voting. It was like our kids can solve the problems we create.
Shortsightedness is what I believe it’s called.

🤢 I worry so much for the future my kids will be facing, climate change, loss of rights, healthcare, loss of democracy, an economy stacked against them. Lack of gods, no. My heathen children have better morals and values than any of those bible thumping, filth spewing ChristIn zealots. Gen Z won’t be willing targets and they’re more aware and savvy than they’re given credit for.

All of it. Healthcare, climate change, conspiracy theorists, nuclear war, the housing crisis, democracy, gun control. The list goes on. The current problem in our house is the kids lack of ability to move out. They can not afford to live on their own. When I was oldest DS’s age(25) I owned my first home, he can’t even get a studio apartment. And for 2 kids it’s student loans. One is at community college paying as he goes but that’s only going to get him so far in the science field.

I think housing would be their biggest issue. Just out of college in the late 70's I was able to rent a 2 bedroom apt with a friend working part time. I own my house now but if I ever had to rent an apt now on my salary it would be very very hard and I have no idea how those on ss do it.

He also stated publicly that he WILL NOT FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION!! Our Constitution!!
And the framers of the Constitution did NOT envision children learning about God in the public classroom.
Just shows another degenerate!

He also stated publicly that he WILL NOT FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION!! Our Constitution!! They only care about the rules when the rules are on their side, pumping up THEIR beliefs, their desires.. When they're not, f#($* the rules.

I believe I read he is the descendant of Holocaust survivors, or Jewish refugees of some sort over the last century. He makes me ill. Has forgotten his heritage.

Yeah, he's just charming. May his bid for Senate go down in flames. Mandel"Records from the International Refugee Organization, available online through the International Center on Nazi Persecution, and ship records show that Mandel's maternal grandparents Josef and Fernanda Friedman were Jewish refugees who came to the United States from Italy in December 1949.
The ship which brought Friedmans was a military ship, which brought at least 14,000 emigrants to the US following World War II, according to the International Center of Nazi Persecution.
Records indicated they were helped by the Jewish Family Services Association of Cleveland, an organization which long assisted with the resettlement of Jewish refugees -- and later, Cuban, Soviet and Vietnamese refugees -- in the Cleveland area through its Refugee Service Department.
"They were hardworking ethnic immigrants," Mandel said of his grandparents in 2014. "It was really my grandparents who inspired me to work hard.""
See, immigration was fine for HIS grandparents. They were the "good kind" of immigrants - hard working and stuff. Not like those lazy asses you see now - working their asses off at the hotels and construction sites and farms and processing plants across America.

What's the greatest challenge facing our kids?
Ignorance

The greatest challenge to those who come behind us is what we chose to leave behind by not looking forward to the future.

After working at a university for 34 years, I know that my generation was more tolerant than the previous generation, and I feel that the next generation are better people than us.

After working at a university for 34 years, I know that my generation was more tolerant than the previous generation, and I feel that the next generation are better people than us. I agree. Each generation loses a little of the fear and ignorance of the generation before it. “Ignorance leads to fear, fear leads to hatred, and hatred leads to violence. This is the equation.” ― Ibn Rushd, Averroes: Antologia

My experience is that this next generation are pretty exceptional people. I feel their biggest threats are climate change, ecosystem collapse, artificial intelligence and another pandemic.

With the current young generation, I feel that the lack of knowledge about the affects of technology on people and how it relates to mental health is a huge issue for our youth. I find their communication and social skills far different. I worry that in future everyone will be attached to their devices like will smith in some sci fi movie I can’t remember when he was asked around with his device attached to his eye so he could always be connected. I worry this will create a loss of values and accountability for society.
I worry about climate change and yada yada too, but this is my number one. I see such a difference between my two kids and they’re just 3 years apart.

Too bad he hasn't heard the white supremacists chanting in Charlotte, "Jews will not replace us" over and over again!! How long will he be one of the chosen as 'they' take over .
