I'm looking for a program to tag and organize pictures for a budget strapped nonprofit.
Any suggestions?

Picassa is free and works on both PC and Mac. Do know that tag info is not stored in the meta data.

If you're using a Mac you already have iPhoto.

At work we use Flickr, and set albums to private so that only we can see them. I think you get 1TB free space?
