Has anyone ordered from ACOT recently? Did the shipping take as long as it said at check out?
I don't need these items right now but was curious about the extended ship times and your own experience.
I paid extra for Nov 12th to Nov 18th shipping. If not, it would have been by Nov 28th.

I haven't purchased from them in a long time but that seems excessively long. I wonder if they're setting a low expectation so if it gets there earlier it will be better than if it says it will get there sooner and not get there on time?

I recently ordered and mine came very quickly, via USPS. I had the option for Fedex for about $0.20 more and apparently quicker, but my experience with Fedex has not been good - they are always much slower than predicted.

I order from them about 4 times each year. It typically takes about 5 days to reach me on the east coast with standard shipping.

This has been my experience with FedEx lately too. It gets to my local one in a reasonable amount of time, but then languishes in their warehouse for a week or more before being delivered or the package is never delivered. I won't be willingly using FedEx anytime soon. |

This is the first time I have ever had shipping arrival this far out. I am on the West coast and it takes 3-5 days typically.
So I was shocked when I saw that.
But again, don't need it now so just going to wait. Will be excited if it comes before the 12th-18th! Like a surprise lol

I have been having issues with UPS. FedEx, GLS, and another west coast carrier have been great.

Hmm, this feels like a bug to me. I think we add a little bit of padding to the estimate on certain ship methods, but for the most part everything but the cheapest FedEx option should get there within 2-5 days once we ship it out. We'll look into it. @sunnycamom do you mind sending me a PM with your order number?

Part of why I love shopping from ACOT is because they are so close to me that they seem to pack quickly and then when they ship, it arrives the next day. With that said, I am only about an hour and a half away from them. It feels to me like I'm supporting a local, small business and I love that. So I try to order from them whenever possible.

They are definitely an on line store I continue to support. Always have had great customer service and a few times they split my order up due to unforseen issue with arrival with no charge to me. I also like they give that option now and you just pay an additional fee.
