I'm not playing for points this month but I was so happy to get this box filled up and mailed off to Bring Smiles to Seniors so I'm going to brag here anyway... 9 pounds of cards! 260 of them. It's mostly Christmas cards, many of them upcycled from last year's swap cards and old cards my friend gave me to re-use, most I made much earlier this year. But the pictures after the first one are the cards I made this week to use up some leftovers on my desk. I had fun getting creative to make these cards work and using some new supplies sparkly foil, a stencil, and a 3D embossing folder. http://instagram.com/p/CV6TlXGPSdO

Awesome number of cards created, joblackford! Thanks for starting us off, scrappyrabbit! I will be heading to Flickr to leave some love in a bit. I completed five pages earlier in the week. Shared a two-pager in today's Sketchy Saturday thread. This one page was to face one I completed on Sunday. I created the backgrounds with TH inks and stamps. sunshine on a branch by Gramma Dee, on Flickr These two came together easily when I remembered I had the trellis die that kinda matched the fencing around their trailer: Last glance at family Glamper by Gramma Dee, on Flickr And then yesterday evening, our niece came over to make Christmas cards from a kit we purchased together. There were instructions for eight cards which we each completed. Then I finished off the sticker sheet with a couple of random cards. If I had another sticker sheet I could do another ten with the left over papers. kit cards by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Hey! Just a couple more cards and I will have a dozen for Eddie-n-Harley's twelve card challenge!

Ha ha! I started out to make two cards and ended up making TEN! I was inspired by Viginia Nebel's make n take instructions for a slim line style holiday album with the Doodlebug supplies in the SCT kit for this weekend. I decided to use some slimline card blanks I had on hand instead, and started out with some of the little sticker scenes she demo'd. But then I just started having fun putting together a bunch of my own scenes. Doodlebug slimlines by Gramma Dee, on Flickr[quote

This one started out as a take on one of the Sketchtember grammadee posted. We got this hunk of junk in early 2014. It took DH a looonngg time to finish it. Then he wanted to move on to a new project. Multiple attempts to sell led no where - - it might have been the bright, neon orange that put most buyer off. But - then came a day with the right person with the right offer. Goodbye Orange Alien!! IMG_0804 by CLAUDIA LOVELESS, on Flickr

Ha ha! I started out to make two cards and ended up making TEN! Sometimes once you get going it's hard to stop That's the best. But now you've made 18 cards... so just 6 more and you'll have made 2 dozen for the challenge... !! lol. They're really fun cards. Gnomes and snowmen and Doodlebug cuties, so cheerful and fun. Love the snowman face subbing for the O in JOY and then I noticed there are gnomes in holly and jolly. Very fun.

This layout was for a template challenge at The Lilypad. I didn't end up posting it there because I realised when I'd finished that I'd used a kit from another store. Oooops!

Gee, it's a bit quiet here in this thread this month! I didn't want to post three layouts in a row, so I waited a day and a half for someone else to post something here, but...... crickets! I have been wanting to scrap these photos for years, but have been waiting for the perfect papers or perfect template or perfect something. I finally thought JUST DO IT, so here it is. I guess I can always re-do it if I decide I don't love this one.

I haven't gone through the thread/gallery yet to leave comments, but will shortly. I finally finished up a set of micro mini album ornaments. They measure 2" x 3" and have an accordion fold insert inside that holds up to 18 photos. I strung them up with jingle bells and can be used as an ornament. I followed a YT tutorial by Let's Get Scrappy if anyone is interested in making one. They are very easy and so fun to make!
I love doing what I call "couch crafts" while watching tv. Stitching die cuts is one of my favorite things to do!

GORGEOUS page craftymom101! I think I'm going to get a lot of points this month for the scraplift challenge, if people keep posting these wonderful layouts that I want to copy. And you know what else? I think that the older your boys get, the younger you look! Off to leave some love in the gallery for the others now.....

I've been making some filler journal cards for my family album. I had issues piecing the gnome. Don't look too close. 😅

Love your Thanksgiving page, craftymom101. That photo block is phenomenal with those cute boys, the chunky cluster, and the mat of torn layers. The foam butterflies in the small cluster at the bottom provide balance and a touch of whimsy. Those cards are really cute, refugeepea: great idea to have them all ready ahead of time. I love the circus icons with that "one tent away" phrase. gramma, scrappyrabbit, AussieMeg, Ryann, there is/will be love on Flickr.

I already received the things from the Kat Scrappiness gift card from CARDtober. Quick shipping! I was inspired by the cute, cute shaker cards on the site. The scallop die and shaker elements are Kat Scrappiness, the snowmen are old, old Jolees and the "Let it Snow" is Michael's. @thekatsmeow

This was a freebie template by Scrapping With Liz. Photos from two weeks ago, when the mask mandate (for outside) was finally lifted.
