Here is a two page sketch I found on Pinterest. It is from a series "1-2-3 Layout!". I have the link in the description of the copy in Flickr below:
I liked it because of its clean lines and standard photo sizes. And it also has different photo orientations, which are sometimes hard to arrange on the same page.
Here is my take, with a bunch of pic's from when these 3 little guys were at the farm in August:
I hope you enjoy playing with this sketch. Don't feel you need to do both sides--just pick one of them, if you don't "do" two-pagers. I always have a ton of photos. But if you tend to scrap only a few at a time, then replace one or more of the pic's with a PL card or other element.
Have fun!

grammadee Thank you for the really useful sketch! Agreed on the useful sizes and clean lines. I had to switch it around a bit because I like using a photo as a pocket and I definitely wanted to include my brochure. Then there was only one possible spot left for journaling.

Thanks for the great sketch grammadee , I will use this one again for sure. I love the amount of photos I was able to get on the page. I ended up turning one of the portrait photos into two landscape photos.

scrappyrabbit awwww Arthur! I wish we lived closer, we could take my boy Boris and your boy Arthur to the beach together - they look like they could be cousins! Neither Boris's best mate PJ nor his 'cousin' Lily like the water, so he always has to go swimming by himself.

AussieMeg maybe one day!! You can see in the photos how Arthur was literally jumping for joy going nuts on the sand!! I wish we had brought a long leash for him to really run (not yet comfortable with him off leash lol). He didn't go in the water, but I don't blame him as it is Fall over here so it's super chilly! I am interested to see if he likes swimming. PS am I on for this week's sketchy Sat?

We take Boris to one of the dog beaches, and the area is enclosed so it's fine to take him off the leash (I wouldn't trust him otherwise, either). When we go to the river for a swim we take him off the leash. Mind you, we don't take him off the leash until we get to the water, because there are too many snakes in the bushes, including two of the most venomous snakes in the world! And yes, can you please do the sketch this weekend.
