It looks like most of the items are from relatively newer releases. I didn't buy last year's box because I had bought boxes the previous two years and it was starting to be all the same old stuff.
I hope my box this year (I'm planning on buying the last box) will be newer stuff.

I got mine today and I LOVE it! It is the same as listed except for the Sasparilla papers, I got the same amount listed, just different papers. So happy it has so much daily flash, I love those lines!

I wish someone else would do a video of the contents of week 1, I didn't get to see the paper pack or stickers...sniffle. Hint, hint... I will be getting at least one more. I notice SS #! still isn't sold out for those of you who want it you can be pretty sure of the contents...I am possibly going to wait and see what is in each box (if possible) before ordering. |

Oh man, I so don't need more stuff (like any of us do!) but it's OA, my current scrappy product crush. Resistance is futile. Same here  I bought the Christmas kit with new papers (yay!) and will probably get tomorrow's Santa Sack as well (Christmas present to myself!)..... |

I liked what I got. It was my first ever OA Santa Sack as well. But, there are a handful of things that I know I'll never use so I feel a little guilt spending what I did on it. I definitely want to order another sack, because I love the stuff so much, but don't know what week I should order. I'll be looking for your update. |

It's been a while since I bought a Santa Sack because I usually make it over to the warehouse sale, but it was the weekend I was on vacation. I can't wait, love OA! I ordered [HASH]2.

I hardly use the cards and have used those tidbits to death. I have those specific tidbits so that is why I passed. I also prefer when there are more alpha stickers. Last year when I watched youtube posts each sack had at least 6 alpha stickers. Now unless it was in the plastic bag with the papers...it just seemed to be skimpy on the items I would like to see. |

Ahhh I understand...yeah the video actually didn't show most of the stickers...on page 1 of this thread someone listed the entire contents of their sack and it had 5 packs of alpha stickers...2 daily flash (shown in video which include 2 sheets per pack), 2 mini markets and a sticky keys. I was hoping for 12 x 12 sheets, but I am fine if there are at least some mini markets which I love. It also didn't show the Silent Night Shape Stickers well as all that stuff was probably in the plastic with the papers. I agree about the packs of die cuts, I do love those but I have quite a few. What I actually missed was the label stickers, I could have 100 packs of those!
ETA: I realized there is also a chipboard alpha in there from Daily Flash...the map patterned one. I already have it and it is gorgeous. don't mind having a second.

Now that we know week 2 is sold out, let's talk about week 3. Who is planning on ordering it? I don't know if I should order week 3 or week 4. I really appreciated stampinisfun's listing of week 2's contents. I'm thinking if I order just one more of the scrapping sacks, instead of both, I could order the stamping sack. What's your opinion?

Santa Sack update...Week 2 is sold out according to their blog. Week 1 still available...weird. Since all the Week 1 Sacks were not sold, OA likely reduced the amount available for Week 2. This allowed them to "pull a Studio Calico" in hopes of appearing desirable to buyers & creating a frenzy to increase sales for the rest of the month. I just hope the owners find the business acumen to ride this positive wave & release new products in early January! |

Thanks stampinisfun, it is so helpful that you have been doing this! I hope you get ALL the Sacks and keep us posted, lol. As for selling out Week 2, maybe they made up less sacks since Week 1 didn't sell out. I assume it IS work to pre pack all those boxes and you don't want to pre pack way more than you need. This week, being AFTER Black Friday everyone knows what the deals are/were and feel safe spending money on the sacks. That something "better" won't come along. I plan to get Week 3 I think...I really, really hope it has Milk money Reading in it... |

I'm not interested in much of the Xmas stuff, and everyone keeps saying Week 4 will (hopefully) have more Xmas stuff, so that's why I'm going for Week 3 now. Looks like Week 1 finally sold out too.
