I would really like to create my PL layouts on my phone. I plan to print and place them in physical pockets but I think it would be faster to pre plan the layouts because most pictures and screenshots come from my phone.
what app do 9x12 scrappers use for pocket pages? Can you buy additional layouts for the app?

I don't believe there are specific 9x12 LO in the PL app but with a little math you can figure out for certain 12x12 LO what slots to fill to create a 9x12 LO. Any slot not fills will just be white (or your background color).
That being said I have never printed a LO and the cut it up to put in pockets. I'd say try 1 out first (you can download and print to anywhere). I'd be curious how the boarders turn out and if they are even.

I use any template that has the pumpkin orange color horizontal all along the side. If you do not fill those slots, they will export with the background color and then you can crop them in your camera roll.
