I am. I did receive notification that a shipping label was printed on the 27th, but it hasn't actually shipped yet.
My Main Kit sub was cancelled back in July. I ordered two November kits a la cart (Paper Kit & Project Life Kit). Two days later they charged me for the Main Kit sub without my authorization. I had to email twice before getting a response, and when they did respond (8 days later) they didn't acknowledge the issue or apologize. Only a canned answer confirming that my account will be closed after the November kit is mailed. I'm so done with them; which is too bad because normally I shop their Cyber Monday sales. Not this year!

I got my shipping notice on Thanksgiving Day and it is expected to be delivered tomorrow. I know it can take a few days to get them all out when they start shipping, but I would email them to see what your status is. It couldn’t hurt.

My kit finally arrived yesterday!
I really wish they wouldn’t bill subscribers until the kit ships. I think I was billed 20ish days before my kit shipped!
