I think you need to tell her and let her know how bad you feel. It's the right thing to do.
If no one tells her, you will all be so uncomfortable when you're there. I would HATE pretending that I'd never been there before. I can't imagine not saying Oh, that salad I got last time was SO good! Or, not asking someone the name of the dish they ordered before that looked so wonderful. Would I have to pretend I had no idea where the restroom was?
And if she finds out later, she will not only be upset she was forgotten, she will be angry that the second time there was a huge charade.
