I thought it was just a cough and cold until I realized I couldn’t taste or smell anything, but still I was in denial. Tests confirmed it.
I realize no one said we wouldn’t get sick — just that we would have less of a chance of dying. So far, I’m not dead or hospitalized, so I guess the shots are working. Let’s hope I can keep up the good work.
I’ve been so careful…

Same for my dd. Three full shots because of her RA meds. Still got it a couple of weeks ago. Because of her meds she was able to get the antibodies just in case. But really it was very mild for her, like a moderate cold with loss of taste and smell. It was two weeks ago she tested positive and she's been feeling pretty normal for about a week now. The last few days of quarantine were hard because she was SO bored and bouncing off her walls in her room and missing her boyfriend.
I hope yours stays mild and you feel better soon!
