Happy December, everyone! I still have green grass here in Minneapolis area, so it doesn't feel like December.
I haven't even started scrapbooking my fall photos. December is so busy, I don't get much time for scrapbooking.

I agree - it definitely doesn’t feel like December. Makes it hard to start on my Christmas journal!

The high today was 71 degrees and we watered the front lawn. I had the air conditioner on driving home at noon. So weird to have it so gorgeous this late in the year. We'vereally only had one cold, rainy day this fall. Halloween.

We've had two really warm days to start summer, with summer storms each night, but today is cooler. I love it when summer starts this way though, it makes me feel like it's Christmas.

whereas here in Florida we've had overnights in the 30s all week... And here in Oregon it's been in the mid 40s all week, very unusual. I've had to water my evergreen hanging basket every day! Usually it freezes overnight, but with the warm late fall weather . . . I want it to last the season!
I've finished a few Christmas cards and got my first handmade card from don. It is stunning! We've been exchange pals since the Memory Makers board, I have ATCs from Don from 2007! I usually send photo cards as well, as I really enjoy seeing how families grow and change through the years. Designed three and had DH pick his favorite, on order now--but with Costco delivery not being unitl at least Dec 8th.
I am finally starting to feel better after a cold that turned into a sinus infection. Day 13! Negative Covid test on Monday. Two telemed appointments this week, the first with Rx, I was still feeling really punny yesterday. Finally today I am starting to feel like I am on the mend but my stamina is low! That said, I did some yard work today, until I was too tired. Actually seeding daisy shastas in the front from the huge batch in the backyard. The fall decor is still out, and tomorrow will be filled with wrestling.
I have a few more ideas to work on for handmade cards too. But being sick hasn't left me much energy for crafting. Did make lots of meatloaf today though, three for the freezer and one for dinner!
and a thank you card ala Lauren Beard style, from the magic bins!

angel97701 - I'm sorry you've been so unwell - don't over do things while you're still recovering. I love your cards - so very pretty.

Picked up a photo order today - nearly 300 photos from late August to early December. Next project - sorting them by layout into page protectors. I need to get back in the habit of ordering weekly or monthly

Now it's winter. I have to do my first shoveling of the season. Luckily it's only an inch or so.
I'm trying to work on my Shutterfly photo book for my parent's gift. I am way late this year!

It’s definitely winter over here in Fargo, neighbor! We’ve had a winter storm, verging on blizzard conditions, today. And I’m very late on all things December, too, but it is normal for me😆!!

I did February 2021!!! Lol
It was the pile of photos that needed to be sorted that held me back but I just sat and sorted photos on Sunday until I was done
Not a lot of Feb so I put them in a page protector & filled in the gaps. Viola
May on the other hand will be 4 page protectors or more. With a birthday in May then fake in person graduation, moving off campus, “real” virtual graduation. There’s a lot of photos!

I never jumped on here this month, but it is a busy month for many of us. My tree lights keep blowing fuses and so my tree decorating is on hold until this gets fixed by my electrically savvy daughter in law.
I'm also planning a baby shower for her in Jan, and my son is coming home next week for Christmas from California.
Never the less I am still scrapping at least twice this month and my little granddaughter is all about Christmas this year. As usual I went completely overboard with gifts. Shamefully so, really.

I'm not finding much time to be creative, due to the holidays. I also needed to clean off my dining room table in order to wrap presents. Now I am baking and working on Christmas cards. DH usually does the cards, but he's been dealing with some minor vertigo and looking down for too long triggers it.
I'm hoping January will bring more free time!

😮.............
And the month is more than half way through and I've done nearly nothing.
Haven't ordered November photos.
Have barely taken December photos.
Haven't bought holiday paper (of which I have none left in my stash).
