It's DECEMBER!!!
What will YOU be creating this month? Pages? Cards? Gifts? Tags? Decor?
Right now, I am working on a few family birthday cards. Hoping to get the house into holiday shape by the end of the weekend, and then I want to scrap the photos that were neglected while I was making Christmas cards. So many fall pages on my list. But the holiday events are starting. And the Santa pic's of the dgk's are starting to land on my phone...
Please take a moment to share a pic of your creations here. If you see someone's work, please leave some love. Let's spread all the holiday inspiration and cheer we can!

Got a couple of cards finished this morning. They are alot more work when you are designing the INSIDE, too LOL! This first is for my dgs who will be 8 next week. He requested--from BOTH grandmothers--Lego Mario sets. This is an overlapping gatefold card, so three panels: mario bd front by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Mario bd middle flap by Gramma Dee, on Flickr MARIO BD inside by Gramma Dee, on Flickr The second, I decided that another rendition of the SU! deer punch as a celebrating calf was in order. Love this saying (stolen from a Simple Stories card kit, but printed here in Word and diecut). There isn't a farmer who doesn't delight in the sight of calves carorting in wide open spaces (until they groan at the effort to get them back into the corral) gate open front by Gramma Dee, on Flickr gate open party inside by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

I love your cards, grammadee. Those Marios are amazing! He will go crazy over your card. The cute calf cavorting is really fun too. You make the most interesting cards. I'm sure your family really loves them.

So cute!! I am working on making some gifts for coworkers - it took some trial and error since my Cricut is used to me cutting out basic shapes, but once I got the cut file to work properly, I think they'll look really cute. I am using this cut file from Paige Evans, and filling in the stars with various wintery patterned paper, adhering to solid cardstock, and the tree itself is cut out of somewhat shimmery cardstock. Also thinking of getting little fairy lights to go in the shadow boxes I bought to frame them in.

Save water drink wine by scrappy rabbit, on Flickr My first layout of the month. I'm debating putting a teal cardstock border around the whole thing, but will decide that later depending on what page it is next to in the album.

grammadee - love the gnomie card! scrappyrabbit - very pretty! I think it looks great how it is but I can also see a teal border - either way it'll be awesome! I've done some December Documented layouts which I've shared on that thread but here's a layout for the family album

and another one - this time with July photos from DS's last visit home. Hoping to get them all scrapped before his next visit but...we did take an awful lot of pictures. I used leftovers from the EP Magic & Wonder collection.

Loving all the holiday goodness! scrappyrabbit, that page is really FUN. Of COURSE you had to celebrate your special cup and delicious drink from it! Those star trees are really pretty, rymeswithpurple. In those frames they look like perfect holiday gifts. What did you use to cut them? Love the glittery borders on your cards, msupea. Makes them really festive! I am just one season behind... Here is another FALL LO. fabulous fall by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Such fun photos, AussieMeg, and you have scrapped them beautifully. LOVE your titles!

grammadee Thank you! My poor Cricut got the workout of its life cutting everything out for me. I couldn't figure out for a while how I wanted to glue everything together - glue, double-sided tape, etc. I wound up using my Xyron and it was absolutely perfect for the job. So many fiddly little pieces.

I did a month by month album for Dgd's first year, and then last year I did a 2 page spread for the entire year for the same book. I did the same thing this year and added the Dec photo today. My Ds2 flew in Thurs night for the week so yesterday I grabbed my 28th year of fireplace photos with my boys. I have shared that extended page layout before but here is this year's photo.

Some more Christmas layouts. I don't have any more Christmas pics printed out, so these will be the last festive layouts until I send in another order. Actually, now that I think of it, since my brother is coming tomorrow, these may be my last layouts of the year unless I squeeze one in today. Happy holidays by scrappy rabbit, on Flickr Naughty or nice? by scrappy rabbit, on Flickr
