Add all of your 3x4 and smaller stamps to your binder? I'm going to stamp them on 6x8 sheets of cardstock and put in a 3 ring binder. (I think it was legal_lady who shared her organization?)
I was going to catalog, label and stamp all of my 4x6 and 6x8 stamps into the categories/binder. But. I. have. so. many. SC stamps. Of all kinds of sizes, but lots and lots of small ones. I'm sure I will purge a bunch but I will still have a ton. I do have plenty I use. I was thinking of purchasing DVD holders and grouping some of the smaller ones in those cases for organization.
just curious. I plan to sit there with a couple ink pads, my stamps, card stock and my label maker. In front of a tv binge watching something on 12/26.

Stamped some out to see them better, etc.
I don't have any stamp subs or sb subs so I don't have a ton.
But, one thing I did was I stopped keeping them categorized by how they came. I made up new sheets for similar (to me) stamps - and mixed them from SC, Ali, Elle Studio, Citrus Twist and other companies w/little one-off type stamps. So, for example, I had a lot of tiny stamps about weather. I put them ALL together, so I have a sheet that is now "weather" stamps - and it came from lots of different companies.
It has made it SO much easier for me to find an appropriate sentiment or image.
Then I stamped them onto a sheet together so I could see what I have. When I use them, I don't much care if they were from one company or another.
Anyway, that worked for me.

I did this project this past summer. 3x4 (and some much smaller from early SC days) up to 6x8 sets. All stamped onto category reference sheets. BEST organization project I’ve ever done, I use my stamps all the time now. I did not break them into categories, I need them in their contact sheet. Mine are organized by size in Avery Elle pockets.

I put even the small ones into pocket pages in binders. I did some reorganizing in January-February of this year, but I kept my binder system for storing stamps.

I think I’m going to keep my 4x6, 6x8 together, probably most of my 3x4. It’s those tiny ones I need to group together to fit in my storage area better. I’m thinking DVD cases or gluing the stamp backing to card stock and putting them in a plastic envelope. I took screen shots of the stamp categories from her IG video. Need to find that so I can start cutting my card stock and labeling sheets. I can’t wait until this project is done!
