Does anyone have a meat thermometer that they love that is reliable??? I had 3 for my prime rib and not one was accurate! I hate to cook but I have to so I need a good thermometer! I would prefer one that you leave in while cooking if possible.

Thermoworks! I love their DOT - it is simple and it works. I use mine for smoking and roasting meats mostly. Only buy from their website for genuine product. They have high quality thermometers. www.thermoworks.com/dot/

ITA, Thermoworks for dead on accuracy.
In fact, I have the one Elaine recommends too and I LOVE IT. I think both are great to have, really. I love the temp on my phone so I can go about my other tasks and not have to keep running to the oven to check, and no worries about forgetting.
I do find, however, that it's off on the temp so once I get that alarm, I'll still pull out my Thermapen to make sure the temp is correct.

We bought THIS wireless smart thermometer after a few friends showed it to us. We absolutely LOVE IT, especially when smoking. It can estimate how long the cook will be by setting your desired internal temp. I love that the meter stays in the meat the whole cook so I don't constantly have to keep checking and probing it more. I just used it to smoke our standing Prime Rib for Christmas and it came out perfect!

I didn’t even think about needing a new meat thermometer until I read this thread! Now I clearly need one.
The peas cost me so much money 😂
