donna was a Pea who passed away much too soon. We all remember her desire to complete her family scrapbooks at the end. To honour her, we encourage photos scrapped, pages completed and memories documented.
You don’t need to be a member of a Quarter ONE team to play along with this challenge. All Peas are welcome to play along. If you are not on a team, ignore the info about points. For this month, our theme is “Out with the OLD; In with the NEW!” Many of us are re-organizing our scraprooms, destashing so we can find room for the new goodies we received as gifts or purchased for ourselves in the Black Friday and post Christmas sales. But this challenge is not about the reorganizing process itself: it is about documenting this process whether it is something we do on a regular basis, or a huge undertaking to be done only when absolutely necessary. For January’s challenge, create a page documenting a make-over of your space, your supplies, your scrappy technique, or even of yourself. Maybe one or more of your offspring have moved out--or back home and into your scraproom... Or maybe you or someone else in your family has a new career or a new job. Be sure to have at least one pic or description of the OLD, and at least one of the NEW. Please post your page(s) in this thread.

I finally got to this one. This LO documents my journey over the last several years. On my Way to PIE by Gramma Dee, on Flickr The hidden journaling tells the story of my dietary issues that resulted in several hospitalizations, frequency increasing over time. I lost over fifty pounds b/c of my very restrictive diet. But this past November I was booked for gall bladder surgery. At Christmas I enjoyed pie with whipped cream for the first time in years!
