@cumber1137, I am so sorry about your dad’s passing. I am glad you took some time to grieve before going through all those photos that are hard. You did a beautiful job on your pocket pages for April and May. I especially love the hiking and vaccine pages. So many great photos to remember your outings during the pandemic. Take your time on the earlier ones. Sending belated condolences. sleepingbooty, your pages are always worthy of magazine covers and articles. I am so impressed with your organization and talent in creating beautiful books. I love the Grinch page. Just perfect for another pandemic Christmas. What size are the pages in your DD? AussieMeg, I love the cover of your book with the “hanging 2022". It will be fun to see the other challenges you do. You have love in the gallery. grammadee, justjac, and scrappyrabbit, you have love in the gallery. jeremysgirl, I love your pages. I love the bits of humor and the emotion you have shown in them. I love your weighted blanket and am glad you documented it. I look forward to seeing more pages in this lovely journal. Linda, I love your Christmas pages. I need to know more about Holiday Sock Day. LOL. Your DD makes a perfect little elf and you make beautiful holiday breads. They look very tasty. The gingham is a perfect background for them. What fun that her school has “fun dress up” days at school. She’s a cutie. I love the homemade Christmas decorations. That’s all we ever had on our tree while I was growing up. Thanks for the memories.

Thanks for the memories. Her school did a whole week of dress-up days the week before Christmas break - Pyjama Day, Elf Day, Holiday Sock day (wear Christmas socks), Flannel Friday, and one more I forget (I don't think she did that one). She seems to really enjoy it. I remember paper chains and popcorn chains on our trees growing up and a few Christmases ago, my ornaments were buried in the shed under too much stuff so DD15 and I made homemade ornaments for the tree instead - it was fun.

I'm loving all the scrappy goodness on this thread and am hitting the thumbs up button on them all! I've done a few layouts and am so happy to be scrapping again. I'm using some papers from my stash and have almost killed the kit.

MDscrapaholic , I love your half and half design on several of your pages. Your double matted photos really stand out. Catching up on page 2! justjac 'Daily Pages' I just love these records of your everyday life and how you're keeping a record of life as it actually happened. The pops of colour your brought onto your pages add brightness and cheeriness to your journal. Those multi-coloured stamps strewn about the page add a fun framing element to your handwritten words. That snowman sticker on your 'Feelin' Frosty' page looks adorable and adds just a touch of whimsy to a memory that ought to feel magical and special (I live in non-snowy climate ). 'Jingle All the Way' Oh, how I love this "hung on the chimney" project! What a fun idea to hang your photos this way. You had a stroke of genius not upsetting the horizontal aesthetic and instead leaning into it with your choice for PP disposition and long elements. It truly lets the horizontal dangling elements shine and pop off the page. I just adore the delicate touches you've woven into your LO like the vellum piece, tucked behind tags, the paperclip oh-so perfectly positioned to let Santa peek-a-boo through it (absolutely adorable: I smiled wide when I noticed it). Just lovely and cosy all around! 'Merry & Bright' How that crisp black background contrasts against the rows of brightly-coloured photos, oh my! This looks fantastic and really draws the eye in to look at all the invidual elements. Now, first of all, congrats on going with this lovely theme: it's December Daily-ish on one single LO, how neat! I love the idea of having your December "calendar" on a page, grouped together. Kudos to you for gamefying the concept by creating something akin to a snakes and ladders board, it looks superb! You balanced out the content of your photos beautifully, going from selfies to zooming in on details of life and then back out to capture bigger social scenes. My eye just keeps wandering around the page! Beautifully done and the hot pink is such a great addition to the black to make for an unusual but striking Christmas combo.

This LO is for MOC Day 1 at The Lilypad. The challenge was to do a layout using only 10 items (not including journaling). I used the 'All Good' kit by Lynn Grieveson.

Nov 2021 sheetload by scrappy rabbit, on Flickr I needed some birthday cards so I used the November sheetload sketch and a Joann (Park lane) 6x6 paper pad. I still need some more birthday cards but I’m happy with these.

Will check those cute cards out in the Gallery, scrappyrabbit . I completed three pages today. I shared a two pager in the Jan 8th Sketchy Saturday thread, but here is the third one. It will be the cover page in my Christmas 2021 album. Christmas album cover page by Gramma Dee, on Flickr I was attempting to combine a couple of challenges--the one quarter page challenge posted by AussieMeg (I chose to divide the cs in quarters corner-to-corner and use blended inks as a background), and the Create-a-Kit challenge posted by crystalb . Here is the kit I had put together. I had not used the pine bough punch for quite a while, but the SU! stamp and punch set were several years old and the stamp had never been opened!
Points: one page created & shared (2). One photo for the Donna challenge (1). P-1 foiled title phrase (1), P-2 Nuvo drops (1), P-3 blended inks (5), p-7 phrase sticker (1), P-14 gems and splatters and drops (3), S/I-2 rectangular photo and 2 mats (3), S/I-7 two tags (2), C/M-2 red (1), C/M-5 gold glaze (1), T- bird stamp (1), T-6 three layers (3), T-7 two punches (2), T-11 two torn edges (2), T-14 all scraps! (1), Th-1 one Dec '21 pic (2)N/S-1 square project (1), N/S-2 quarter page design (1), Re-3 created kit (1) Total: 35

Thank you for sharing it. AussieMeg So lovely - like taking a mental vacation to a warm, sunny and pretty spot. Your mischief maker is sooooo adorable. And so is little AussieMeg. scrappyrabbit wow, your birthday page is so full of joy and celebration. I love it. So sorry to hear about your sister. WOW on the cutouts on the "shine like" layout. grammadee Fun Christmas pages. I especially like the middle one. How much do I LOVE the page with the polar bears and penguins joining in the snowball fight fun. So much action and joy. nylene Swayzee is getting so big! What a pretty page for a pretty princess. sleepingbooty I love the format of your December Daily. I know just enough French to get the gist of your journaling. @cumber1137 so sorry about your dad. I totally get working linearly, that's me exactly and I'm a PL girl too. Even the pockets have to be in date order, top to bottom, left to right. So glad you are getting to the point of cherishing the memories. Nice photos! justjac that journal style is really interesting. I like it because it is something a little different. I like your picture intensive December pocket pages. jeremysgirl I'm still smiling at some of your conversations. And thinking of you in your challenges too. MDscrapaholic so festive and such cute little ones. I like how your papers all go together. gramma your cards are so nice, detailed and cute. So many layouts! Your work is so well done.

AussieMeg, scrappyrabbit, and grammadee, you have love in the gallery on your beautiful works. Linda, your Christmas pages you did today during the crop are beautiful. I love the rich greens in your plaid and leafy patterned papers. The angles of your tags and banners add movement to each page. I need to remember to do that. Your cookies look great and very delicious. Your Christmas tree is gorgeous. Your photo of your kitty among the Christmas décor made me smile. Very sweet page. jjpeapea, your Valentines are wonderful. I love the shakers and love, love, love the font on Love. Is that a die? Perfect romantic-looking font for your cards. Very lovely. This is my take on the POTW for last week. I used grammadee's design and outline and solid letters in title. Should this be posted on the POTW thread? Bridal Veil Falls

nylene such pretty nature colors and clusters. They support your photos perfectly. I did my Valentine font on my Cricut. I had to thicken it up with the offset.
