Anyone having issues with it shutting down unexpectedly? Just updated to the newest version (basic version) and it’s crashed 4 times in 2 hours. I regret updating. Ugh.

If your designs are stored on the cloud, you could uninstall the software and reinstall an older version. Just save/export your library first.

Yes! It keeps shutting down if I scroll in my library at all. Ugh!

Have you re-started your computer lately? I would try that first. If that doesn't work, you might want to uninstall and re-install Silhouette Studio. You should make sure that your library is backed up before you do that. I'm not sure how to do that, because most of my images are already stored on my laptop in separate files. Yes! Couldn't get it to do anything all weekend! Just kept crashing!
On the flip side though, and the only thing it WOULD do, is it finally recognized the Cameo without me having to power it on and off 5-6 times.

Check the system requirements for the silhouette software. Then check your computer to be sure that what you have meets or exceeds them.

If you are using a PC with Windows, they recently did an update, which is now Windows 11. I chose NOT to update either my computer or the software. So far, no problems, although I get nagged periodically to update.
If your computer automatically updates the operating software, there may be bugs, conflict, etc., between Windows 11 and Silhouette.
