So I am printing 5x7’s for the first time and they aren’t good at all. The picture in the phone is great but the print quality isn’t good and it prints the white frame around it. I can’t see where to remove the frame. My 4x6 pics are great just not the 5x7’s. Any help or suggestions appreciated!

One from my pictures and one from the epson app. Both the same. Ok, I don't print from either of those but it sounds like the photo is too small of resolution for a 5x7 photo. To get rid of the border, select your photo and when it shows up on the screen, click where it says 5x7 in blue. It'll pull up another screen that has paper size, copies, etc listed. Look for Layout and make sure it says borderless in grey. If t doesn't click on whatever it does say and choose Borderless. |

Ok I will try that. When you take a picture with the iPhone and print it you won’t get a true 5x7? When I print in a store usually don’t have an issue. What app do you use to print pictures?

The photo should resize itself to 5x7 fine --- but its always the first thing I look at when my photo is not printing correctly. I use the Epson Create Print App almost exclusively to print. Its just easier for me. |

I have that but are you able to print one picture? I thought it was for collages only.

If you use a photo app, or even the iPhone picture editing options, one of the crop options is 5x7. Choosing this will allow you to crop the pic to your liking so that your photo print matches your expectation. If you just print without being aware of how the aspect ratio may change if your image, you could end up with a photo print you’re unhappy with. Sometimes I’ll find my image just isn’t going to work well with a certain print dimension, so I’ll change the size to get the image I’m wanting. |

For some reason I can’t print the last page properly. My photo always needs one more piece of photo paper behind the last print.
No idea why but if it’s the last photo paper in the tray the last part of the photo is blurry.
