If you store your paper in vertical storage such as the CH holders. A couple of questions...
I have mine upright, but I've seen some videos lately where the CH were on their side - so the top was open on the side (hope that makes sense).
Also, I'm noticing that some of my paper is curling on the corners... how do you prevent this? Thanks,

I prefer vertical. My CH containers are full, so Ive not seen any curled ends. I just imagine that keeping them horizontal is a slight pain. To pull out one sheet, you pull out the container, hold it vertically, then get your paper?

I prefer vertical too. I have mine in giant baskets on top of my storage unit so I can leaf through them standing up. for me, it's easier to pull them out when they are vertical rather than horizontal.

If I store it horizontally, I find that I bend my corners trying to put sheets back. I like vertical better.

My vertical storage is also full so I haven't seen any paper curling. Have you tried using dividers (like the CH ones or maybe even chipboard?)?

Mine are stored vertically. I thought about storing them horizontally because it would be easier for me to pull out a single sheet, but other than black, white & kraft, I would need to match my cs to my photos, so I'd need the whole container anyway and like pp's said, it's easier to pull them out if they're vertical. Wow - there's a run-on sentence for ya!
As for the corners curling, I haven't noticed that. In the few that aren't filled, I have noticed the entire sheet bows in the middle, but nothing w/just the corners.

I store my card stock vertically. I have only noticed bent corners on some of my 8 1/2 x 11 paper which was in magazine holders so that may have been the issue. I think like others said, the curling maybe from your container not being "full" enough or having some support. You could try some chipboard pieces if you can't find dividers. I store my patterned paper horizontally in drawers. This just seems to work a little better for me.

I have 90% of my paper and cardstock stored vertically, haven't seen any curled corners or anything like that. I have solid cardstock on those slanted wire shelves - find those very difficult to work with, have to pull out the whole stack and sometimes if the fit is tight, the paper gets damaged.

I store my patterned paper vertically, but the bins are full so I don't have a lot of curling happening. My cardstock is all stored horizontally on custom shelves I made out of four Ikea kitchen cabinets. I love that it's all so easily accessible. The vertical holders are more of a pain to pull out one or two sheets.

I store all of my paper vertically in milk crates, an old drawer, a wire bin. I have dividers of thick chipboard between different brands/lines/colours/types of paper. I've kept my paper this way for many years and no curled edges -- if the box is full enough it doesn't curl. If there is a section that isn't full, I find having something firm to push the paper back against, like thick chipboard, helps keep it all upright and prevents sagging that causes curling.

I store all mine in CH vertical holders. They are so full, I have no problem with curling I keep my CS ones on the back side, with the top facing out. They are on a higher shelf so it is easier to pull the paper out this way.

I store all my paper vertically, in the Michael's storage cubes with hanging folders. I've labelled all the hanging folders by colour or theme..... I guess it's because the paper is in folders but mine do not crease or bend. If a folder gets too full, I just add another one.....

I keep all my pp in a big milk crate, one of the ones Target sold a year or two ago, with paper organized by theme into vertical Cropper Hopper plastic folders. (The old style of those folder/files with the large tabs is better for this than the new ones because the new ones are much shorter to fit IKEA shelving.)
Letter-size cardstock and specialty paper is on its side in a magazine holder, also from Target. No curled edges on any of it.

I use the Cropper Hopper containers and store vertically as well. I don't have any curled corners. But I don't page through my papers at one corner. If I need a closer look, I pull the container and pull the paper from it. I like my corners pristine.

I have stored my paper vertically in the Cropper Hopper holders for the past 8-10 years. Surely there are a few sheets that I have hoarded and have been in there the whole time and I have never had a problem with corners curling. I'm curious if it's more an issue with how humid your house/environment is?
