So if someone asked for a glass mat...
I could respond I have a Slice glass mat on my desk,
Then ask who has an Ott light on their desk. And so on...

My desk is a mess- there is hardly any space to scrap.
I have a drawer unit right by my desk so theoretically I should be putting things back as I go but no...
I always have:
my Ott light- an absolute necessity
my iphone, although it is usually buried under papers and I can't find it
my little trash cat
a pencil for marking sizes to cut
a sharpie for journaling
a pair of little scissors
my paper cutter
my ink dabbers. Supposedly my inks should be in my drawers but they are usually scattered around
lots of scraps of cardstock. I use them as scrap paper or for masking off my stencils, or for a little tag or layer for my layouts.
And then lots of leavings from the layout I made prior to the one I'm working on now. I'm terrible about putting stuff away.
