This is a spin off of what's on your desk.
I have a tool container beside me when I scrap.
It includes: A paper piercer- very important not only for piercing paper, but for unsticking my glue bottles A tiny attacher (stapler) A hole punch Usually needles but I've misplaced them after my last crop An X-acto knife Little scissors A corner rounder Random pencils and pens An eraser I wish I had tweezers but I never think to buy them Several kinds of adhesive- pop dots, glue, etc. My most used ink sprays- especially that Heidi Swapp gold My most used stickles I'm sure there are other random things in there but I'm not in my scrapbook room so I can't check.
What do you keep in your toolbox?

I have a square work table that has a line of containers across the middle that house my tools. Left to right by container:
My larger scissor collection - I seem to need all types and lengths Hole punches of various shapes A tiny attacher and staples An ATG and EZ Runner Grand A container of foam dots, foam tape, purple masking tape Several glue pens and types of liquid glue Tape runners A divided container with Cricut and Silhouette tools Tweezers, jewel picker, scoring stylus, pick up tool, TH pokey tool Small scissors of various types Weeding tool, Nuvo brush, extra brushes for dusting stuff off Pens in various colors- gel, Signo, Posca, Sharpie paint pens, pencil, Spectrum Noir sparkle pen In front of the containers- tiny bowls with erasers, Distress tool Omnigrip 6x12 ruler Paperweights
Gosh, that’s a lot but it’s what I use most often. The table is 4x4 so it all fits. Everything else in in an Ikea Kallax, Alex, Raskog or Pax cabinet.

I've moved away from keeping tools on the top of my desk and instead use a small Alex unit under my desk for my most used supplies.
Scissors - large and small T-Square Adhesive - temp and perm dot runners and Bearly Arts liquid Tweezers Perfect layers 1/16" and roll cutter Journaling pen Pencil Erasers - white, sand and adhesive Spatula for my Silhouette Easy See and washi tape for die cutting Piercer Paint brushes for splattering or water coloring
In the next drawer down I have my larger items like score board, Misti, self-healing cutting mat. Third drawer has my most often used stamping blocks, inks, embossing gun, embossing ink, anti-static tool and white powder
