If you didn't get a chance to sign up for a challenge team by January first, but want to jump in now, this is good news for you! I will be adding members February 1st to The Scissor Sisters and The Paper Posse if you let me know you wanna play on a team by end of day, Monday, January 31st.
These teams were put together January 1st and will stay together until the end of March. Members can join into the team chat for inspiration and encouragement, and earn points for the team whenever they spend time crafting, finish a project, &/or meet one or more of the Q1 challenges.
February will be a fun month with a new challenge and sample every day as part of our 28-4-28 event. So it would be a great time to join a team and earn points while you get in on the action!
If December got away from you and you didn't get a chance to sign up for a team then, or if you just now suddenly got the urge, this is your chance. All you have to do is reply to this thread before 9:00PM MST on January 31st, and I will put you onto one of the teams for February. If you are already on a team, no need to do anything: you are on that team until the end of March.

I'm just nervous about joining a team because at any moment my mom's health could take another nosedive and then I am absent from all proceedings for an undetermined length of time. I felt so bad when I had to back out of the "Bash Your Stash" challenge week. I am more than happy to join a team and contribute what I can, with the understanding that if I go MIA it's due to family obligations. |

I think during a quarter--or even a part of it--there are times when team members need to step away for any number of reasons. Everyone would understand your need to care for your mom. (((((HUGS)))))
Tell ya what... if, by 9:00 pm this evening, I need an extra pea to even out the team membership numbers, I will add you to a team. Does that work for you?

Thanks for thinking of me grammadee. At any other time, I would probably have given it a go, but the next few months need to be spent designing and producing my DD's wedding stationery. And believe me, she is a tough customer! 😉 (She’s like any other bride I’ve worked for - they all specify they want their stationery to be classy, because otherwise I’d make it trashy, right?!   ). |
