I am looking for a better way to store my photo mats, I currently have them on a 3 tier cart, but am needing ideas of a good storage container to hold them. I usually put them in a photo box with lid and carry them with me to crops...but am looking at something more with a handle. Thank you for your thoughts and ideas.....

Photo mats? As in pre-cut paper in various sizes and colors? I am confused. If you do mean that, I just cut them as I need them, when I use them. I don't need storage for that. How many do you have?

FurryP, Yes, I am referring to what you spoke of. I have 4x6 mats is my most used size, so I like to take some with me, but want a better storage system to store them. I have all colors in 4x6 size, really about 10-12 of each color, primary/pastel/white/black/etc.... as for other sizes, I just cut them as I need them. Thank you!

Do you mean like the Mat Stacks that DCWV used to have? I still have about 20 of these too...but have really moved to using plain paper to mat. Because they are so themed, I usually only take 5-6 with me to a crop, and I just stack them on top of all my stuff in my crop in style bag.

Yes, kmage, they are what I am referring to. I still have like 25 of the DCWV mat stacks too, lol...am working thru so much stuff. I am working on creating page kits at home as time allows, so my taking so much 'stuff' is getting cut back thankfully, those totes can get heavy taking everything but the kitchen sink, lol!

Those IRIS photo containers work really well. They have a handle on the top.

While I don't buy photo mats or pre-cut them, ArtBin & Iris offer cases with handles for 4x6 photos/papers. Best wishes with your search!
