Yes, yes, yes, karma is good.... Mark Meadows now under investigation from NC state officials over shady voter registration addressBrad Reed March 17, 2022 Former Trump chief of staff Mark Meadows has come under scrutiny for using a North Carolina mobile home that he allegedly never used as his voter registration address -- and now it's sparked a formal investigation. The Washington Post reports that state investigators in North Carolina have launched a probe into Meadows's shady voter registration address.Local district attorney Ashley Welch has referred this matter to the Department of Justice’s Special Prosecutions Section, and we have agreed to her request,” Nazneen Ahmed, press secretary for the North Carolina Department of Justice, said in a statement given to the Washington Post. “We have asked the SBI to investigate and at the conclusion of the investigation, we’ll review their findings.” It is unclear at the moment whether Meadows using the mobile home as his voter registration address would constitute fraudulent activity, although the Post notes that "it is illegal to provide false information on a voter registration, and while Americans can have multiple residences, they can have only one official domicile, which is tied to their voter registration."A Meadows spokesperson did not respond to the Post's request for comment. www.rawstory.com/mark-meadows-2656981678/

onelasttime posted this the other day... Now there is more... Life expectancy is lower in Republican-led states, and the problem has been growing worse for decades. Health disparities became worse in the 1990s, according to a study in the Journal of the American Medical Association, and researchers blame conservative governors who override public safety measures such as indoor smoking bans, nutrition regulations, firearm restrictions and COVID-19 mitigation, reported the Washington Post.*** It should come as no surprise that the highest rates for COVID-19 deaths and murders are found mainly in red states," wrote columnist Jennifer Rubin. "A political mind-set that prioritizes racial resentment, anti-science zealotry and manufactured cultural wedge issues is not likely to be conducive to long, healthy lives. Indeed, antagonism toward 'elites' (e.g., experts) often impedes common-sense measures that save lives *** Eight of the 10 highest COVID-19 death rates adjusted for age have GOP governors, as do nine of the 10 states with the worst vaccination rates, and a recent report found murder rates were 40 percent higher per capita in states won by Donald Trump, and eight of the 10 states with the highest murder rates in 2020 backed the Republican presidential nominee this century. "Whatever the specific reason, it’s clear the governing philosophy of right-wing states (e.g., low spending; prioritization of cultural wedge issues; anti-elitism) leads to deadly results," Rubin wrote. "Maybe it’s time they stop spending their political energy persecuting gay kids, banning books, outlawing abortion and fanning culture wars. They have plenty of systemic problems they’ve failed to address while busying themselves with MAGA crusades.""Red-state voters should look around and see why their states have fallen so far behind in so many categories," she added. www.rawstory.com/life-expectancy-red-state/

3/18/22 Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) on Friday snapped at a reporter who asked her about allegations that she is peddling Kremlin propaganda about its war in Ukraine. Greene, who earlier this week accused President Joe Biden of funding "NATO Nazis" and even encouraged Ukrainians to stop fighting against their Russian invaders, bristled when a reporter walked up to her and asked her whether she had a "sympathy toward Russia." www.rawstory.com/marjorie-taylor-greene-2656985573/

Idaho's very restrictive abortion bills is on the Governor's desk to be signed.. make note it includes the clause that any family member, including the rapist's family can sue the doctors etc.. Rep. Harris was also given this example by Democratic Rep. Lauren Necochea: "So if I am raped and choose to have an abortion and my rapist has ten siblings is there anything to preclude all of them and their spouses from bringing a lawsuit for $20,000 each?" I'm not sure that spouses are included in that list, but, no." So the ten siblings of a rapist can sue an abortion provider and collectively walk away with a minimum of $200,000 if Gov. Brad Little signs the bill into law. www.rawstory.com/watch-idaho-bill-sponsor-admits-a-rapists-brother-or-sister-could-sue-doctor-who-performs-abortion/

'Not defensible': House GOP gets squeamish over Madison Cawthorn's attacks on 'thug' ZelenskyyBrad Reed March 18, 2022 Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) is facing some blowback from fellow House Republicans over his attacks on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. *** "Madison is wrong, if there's any thug in this world it's Putin," House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said on Friday. "You just watched Putin directing Russia bomb a maternity ward. We watched yesterday in a theater that's identified in the front and the back from the air that you're housing children -- bombed." Rep. Steve Womack (R-AR) said Cawthorn's comments were "not... defensible," although he wouldn't comment on whether he thought it was productive to have Cawthorn in the conference. Rep. Tom Rice (R-SC) had an even more scathing assessment of Cawthorn. "Madison Cawthorn has said he is here for PR and not legislating," Rice said. "I don't think he's a serious legislator. I think he's more interested in throwing bombs than he is in actually trying to help the country. I don't think he has very much respect for the Republican conference or anywhere else." www.rawstory.com/madison-cawthorn-2656987774/

Just what we need, the return of a another crook.... Multimillion dollars private plane trips at taxpayer expense, first class, seats, 24 hour security details costing millions... And more!... Former EPA chief Scott Pruitt is considering running for the Oklahoma Senate seat being vacated by retiring Sen. Jim Inhoffe (R-OK) a source familiar with Pruitt’s thinking tells NBC News. Pruitt, a Trump appointee who resigned from the agency in 2018 following multiple ethics scandals, has been making calls for endorsements and quietly building out his team, the source adds. He has yet to make a formal decision," the network reported Friday. www.rawstory.com/scott-pruitt/

Hummmm.... Having a rough time working at FOX? Guessing I should 't laugh .. Fox News personality Jeanine Pirro was yet again accused of having been drinking before going on-air for her Friday rant on "The Five." Pirro repeatedly struggled to say the name of Leon Panetta, who has been a fixture in DC since being elected to Congress in 1976. He chaired the House Budget Committee, served as the director of the Office of Management and Budget, Bill Clinton's White House chief of staff, the director of the CIA and Secretary of Defense. www.rawstory.com/jeanine-pirro-2656989118/

Can you imagine someone from the trump administration saying something like this about a Democratic member of Congress that died suddenly?
Or any Republican in Congress saying something like this about a Democratic member of Congress who dies suddenly?

FOX why? Hateful! The feedback loop between the Kremlin and Fox News was on full display on Friday as Russia's invasion of Ukraine drags on. Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov praised Fox News on Russian state media. www.rawstory.com/fox-news-putin-propaganda/

I really get a kick out of Rick Wilson, too. "Everything Trump Touches Dies" was an inspired book title.

I don’t know if Hunter Biden did anything wrong or unethical but until the lot down below are throughly investigated nothing should be done about Hunter Biden.
What’s good for one is good for all.

Aren’t there any decent conservatives to run for office that doesn’t have baggage like this guy or BSC like that lot in the House?

Thinking not.... Check out this guy, although it isa local starting position... But they said NO! A former Ku Klux Klan member who sought a seat on the Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners in Georgia had his campaign come to a standstill after he was declared ineligible for office due to a previous felony conviction. Chester Doles, who once was designated as the Grand Klaliff of the Invisible Empire, Knights of the Ku Klux Klan in Maryland, was in the midst of campaigning for the office when an investigation by CBS Atlanta turned up his criminal record which disqualifies him from holding office. www.rawstory.com/former-kkk-leader-s-campaign-for-office-derailed-over-felony-conviction-report/There IS more!!
