A few times. Nothing too serious, usually just a misspelling.

Here's what I did all the time back in the day, with strap hinge albums. Do a layout, everything fine. Then, instead of flipping it over from left to right...I would flip it upside down if that makes sense, and go ahead and glue everything down, only to find out when I turned the page, my LO was upside down!

I have a layout in an album somewhere with a problem with the journaling. I put a text box too close to the left side of the page so the printer cut off the first letter or two in each line. How did I not notice it when it came out of the printer or as I was adhering it? Every time I see that layout I remember that I should fix it. Then I turn the page and forget about it. Someday I'll fix it.

Usually for me it is spelling errors in my journalling. I often correct it when I finally see it if I can.

I do it constantly with spelling errors. And then people call it out. Which I’m fine with but I’m not one to go back and fix something. My kids are going to get my albums and know English is not my friend.
I did once have to redo journaling for a design team project because it was horrific and had a million errors.

Yep. Printed my digi pages from an Italy trip. I spelled 'medieval' as 'midevil' not once, but twice! And not only that, but I have 'your' instead of 'you're'. I hate stupid mistakes like that. I just used a sharpie to correct the printed page, and corrected the digi file.

I had quite a few mis spellings in my scrap book when I recently went thru to put in some pages. I was not real happy about them either. I fixed what ones could be fixed.

Of course! I came home from a crop and DH noticed I adhered a photo upside down. He had a good laugh about that and wine...

I had a title that said 2213 on it. Didn't notice it for a year. Fortunately I still had the Thickers that matched to change it 2013.

Of course! I came home from a crop and DH noticed I adhered a photo upside down. He had a good laugh about that and wine... I used to crop with 2 of my neighbors, and we'd empty a couple bottles of wine over the course of the evening and then notice that everything we glued down was crooked, lol. When I wrote about a summer DD spent with her aunt, I got the cat's name wrong. DD noticed, and it bugged her so I crossed it out and wrote it underneath. Now the correction bugs me instead! But on the other hand, it reminds me that DD and I enjoyed a laugh over my small goof Maybe you should leave it upside down, grammadee?

I can find a spelling error in a heartbeat... but not always my own. I took a picture of a big pine tree in a rain puddle, so it looks upside down. Everyone looks at the picture thinking I put it in wrong.

Yes! My first mini album I made years ago. I worked so hard on it, made the album from chipboard, made the hinge, decorated it, etc.. took me 3 days at a crop. I showed my BFF and the cover paper I used had all words on it about the beach.. well I put it upside down!
That's why I shouldnt craft at 1am LOL! I left it cause it was impossible to change!

I will misspell or make a grammatical error and not see it, even with proofreading. It’s only after a long time has passed and I’m reading it again “with fresh eyes” that I’ll notice.
It’s almost always the result of someone coming to chat with me while I’m journaling. 🤦🏻♀️

My worst gaff was spelling Windsor Castle *Winsor*. The letters go down the left side of a double layout and the word Castle is down the right side. There is no way spatially to fix it. I figure as long as I don't show it to anyone British, no one will notice.

I have a layout of my son when he was little eating zwieback crackers. I spelled the word "zwieback" three different ways on the two page spread.

I did a whole LOof my Dad playing volleyball on soccer background paper! Love it. My kids played almost every sport. I understand about 27% of the common sports. I will often purposely call the scoring name different for a sport just to irk my sons. They think I am an idiot.
