It's Wednesday (or almost Wednesday for some) and here's my stash busting challenge for today: use something from your favorite manufacturer. My favorite manufacturer is Basic Grey and I'm still very sad they're not longer around. And the twist: Follow a 90/10 approach: use 90% of your favorite manufacturer on your layout and 10% of another manufacturer. Here's my next layout: I used Basic Grey Carte Postale which is still my favorite line ever. I'm getting down to just a few pieces so I'm using them wisely. 90% is Carte Postale (patterned paper, stickers) and 10% is Bazzill cardstock. grammadee has included an incentive for all Quarter ONE team players: If you are on a team, you can earn FIVE points for meeting this challenge, with a TWO POINT BONUS for also meeting the twist on this same project. It was not previously stated in the Quarter One challenges list, or in gramma's spreadsheet, but if you can complete ALL of the 28-4-28 challenges by the end of this quarter, you can earn a BONUS of 280 points!

Gorgeous page! I loved that line too, but I'm pretty sure I used it all.

These days I am all about Vicki Boutin's collections (although I have so much I didn't buy Fernwood.) The 10% is the journaling card by In a Creative Bubble. Merry Everything by Jacqueline Bruce, on Flickr

Love one another by scrappy rabbit, on Flickr I shamelessly scraplifted justjac for this one 😝 mine is Echo Park. You give me a theme, I’m gonna scrap it! This is a companion page to day 13.

As I said, it is always hard for me to pick one favourite. But I decided to limit that option to favourite manufacturer of fall scrappy supplies in 2021. For that, it is Simple Stories and Doodlebug, hands down! So most of this is SS. But the diecuts and a couple of other pieces are Db (no more than 10% I think) Spud Harvest Teamwork by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Thanks, jediannie, for the fun challenges!

Thanks for the fun challenge! The hardest part of this challenge was choosing my favourite manufacturer! I went with Just Jamiee. The other 10% for the twist was Humble & Create. I used a PageMaps sketch from this month.

My favorite is Shimelle! The food and red patterned papers and alpha Thickers are from Shimelle, and some of the smaller embellishments, too. No twist as I think the non-Shimelle items are maybe 30% of the layout.

jediannie, thank you for this challenge and for all the challenges you have hosted for 28-4-28. I love your beautiful photography and layouts. You have love in the gallery. justjac, scrappyrabbit, grammadee, AussieMeg, and Ryann you have love in the gallery. jjpeapea, that’s a lot of punching for all the confetti. LOL. It makes my hand hurt. I love the way you used the matting hexagons on the title too. I love the gold touches in your matting papers. So pretty and rich looking. My favorite paper line for my little grand-and great-grand children is Doodlebug. It's hard to find here so I don't have a lot, but use it when I can. This is not 90% though because it has lots of white for snow. So no twist, but I love the papers and odds and ends. Snow Day
