I had been stalking scrapbook.com for a few weeks waiting for a code to get a discount. Just left stuff in my cart. Finally got a code, wasn't great, but if I took out the big items (album, storage) shipping was reasonable.
24 hours later. Free shipping code with $70 minimum. Kind of high, but with an album and storage stuff...not hard to get to. GRRRRRRR.
Now I'm debating if I go back and order the album and storage stuff that was bumping up my shipping costs.

If you need it and want it, buy it!

I don't NEED the album, but the storage stuff I do. Still reorganizing. I just rarely order the albums because they bump the price up so much. I want more distress oxides though!

They are pi$$ing me off.
I've been waiting on an album to come in for a couple of months now.
Now of course it's on sale for $20 but still is not in stock.
I bought my cart out a couple of weeks ago because I needed things to get started and paid the full shipping.
I know that album is going to come in right after that stupid sale ends.
I emailed and asked when it would come it and if it was still delayed could they let me use the code later and my request was denied.
They should not have the item listed in the shop if they don't have an expected delivery date.

If it’s in your budget then got for it. I hate paying for shipping so I’d d it for sure.

If you can easily get to the $70 threshold without adding things you don't really need and you're buying stuff you would've bought anyway until you saw how high the shipping cost would get bumped... Yup, it's frustrating when you just bought a cart full of stuff but I would go ahead and get all those bulky things now.

Another vote for order the bulky stuff now when you don't have to pay shipping.

Another vote for order the bulky stuff now when you don't have to pay shipping. Agreed, especially considering shipping costs were the only reason you didn't order them earlier!

+1 vote for ordering all the big stuff now if you can afford the chunk coming out of your budget. It's not the most fun of scrappy purchases since it's an album for later and organisation BUT it's necessary stuff.

I agree, go for it if it's in your budget.
