Felicity Jane - International Shipping Issues *Update

I'm wondering if any of the non-US peas have ordered from Felicity Jane recently? I'm in Canada and am curious if anyone else has seen long shipping delays. I have ordered a number of items from other US and overseas businesses and all have arrived in a reasonable timeframe.
I placed an order at the end of November and got shipping notification; however, the package has not moved from its location and the USPS website says "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item". The tracking has not changed since early December. I emailed Felicity Jane once in January and they assured me that USPS says the package is on the way. I emailed again this month letting them know the package has not moved and didn't receive a response.I'm really disappointed in the customer service. Especially since I paid $20 shipping on $45 of product.
Update: They contacted me and are going to reship the product. I'm happy with the outcome and fingers crossed the shipping is better this time.
