I'm wondering if any of the non-US peas have ordered from Felicity Jane recently? I'm in Canada and am curious if anyone else has seen long shipping delays. I have ordered a number of items from other US and overseas businesses and all have arrived in a reasonable timeframe.
I placed an order at the end of November and got shipping notification; however, the package has not moved from its location and the USPS website says "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item". The tracking has not changed since early December. I emailed Felicity Jane once in January and they assured me that USPS says the package is on the way. I emailed again this month letting them know the package has not moved and didn't receive a response. I'm really disappointed in the customer service. Especially since I paid $20 shipping on $45 of product.
Update: They contacted me and are going to reship the product. I'm happy with the outcome and fingers crossed the shipping is better this time.

Not international but yikes. I would be posting on social media if they are ignoring their emails.

That's pretty awful. I'd for sure email again and then if they don't respond I'd comment on their social media as well.

Thanks very much for the feedback. I will email again, and then try social media. I'm starting to give up hope of ever seeing the product.

I love their products but to ship to Australia costs more than the items in most cases. Add in this issue and it’s a hard NO from me

I was a subscriber. But just like SSS the shipping costs went up I the delivery time went from ok to crazy. I don't want to wait 6-8 weeks to get supplies

I love their products but to ship to Australia costs more than the items in most cases. Add in this issue and it’s a hard NO from me International shipping is awful. It's bad enough to Canada, so I cannot imagine what it is like to Australia. The products are so cute, that I thought I would order a few to try, but I have learned my lesson.
