Went shopping this morning and saw bags of Jordan almonds by the register. The last one I had was probably from a wedding favor in the early 90’s. Of course now I have a craving for them. When was the last time you ate a Jordan almond?

Probably at a wedding or a baby shower.

LOL...probably also a wedding in the early 90's. I love those and saw some recently too - maybe at Home Goods?

About a year ago. Good Lego building, video game playing or crafting snack. No residue.

I *thought* I was buying a bag of them to put in my Easter basket last year, only to be horribly disappointed to discover they were actually almonds dipped in white chocolate with coloring on the outside. So NOT the same, and so not what I wanted! Jordan almonds are another one of those things I can only eat when DH isn’t home because, you know, they’re way too freaking *noisy* ugh.

A couple of years ago, at a crop. Before that a baby or wedding shower in the 80's.

A few months ago. Bought from TJMaxx because they were at the checkout I love them so much. Sometimes the shell is way too hard, it can be a crap shoot. Fannie May was always my favorite in the past.

Years ago. Probably a baby shower or wedding favor. I do love them, but I crack a tooth now just thinking about them.

Definitely a wedding in 2004. I didn’t actually eat them, but that was the last time I laid eyes on them (I really hate them).

Probably the 80s. I’d love one but afraid they’d break a tooth

When I hear of Jordan almonds, I now think of the scene in the bridal gown store in “Bridesmaids” movie.

Last year! And I am pretty sure that is what cracked my tooth! I bought two bags and after it cracked I threw it away so I wouldn’t be tempted. I really really like them. Cynthia

Love them, had some a couple of years ago, probably from TJ Max. Have sworn off them because I know I will crack a tooth….sad.

I probably only ever ate one in my life. I took plenty of them home over the years but after trying the first one, threw the rest in the bin. I appreciate the symbolism and meaning they have for certain cultures and I understand why they give them out - but those things are not meant for human. consumption. I'm sure dentists are the only people who genuinely love them.

I ate a couple in January. I order a box of chocolates for myself for Christmas every year and they toss in a few. I assume it's to get the weight to a full pound.

I’m sure I probably did back in the day when they were considered to be a fancy addition to a party table. I can’t say I really care for them.

gosh probably the late 70s - they were a treat back when I was a kid living in Cyprus but I don't think I've ever seen/had them since
