I need recommendations for your favorite small scissors for occasional fussy cutting around stickers or something random I’d like to cut from scrapbook paper, magazines, ect. I was watching some YouTube videos and some crafters were using full size scissors. There’s no way I could do that. Ha.
I have several pairs of older, orange handles Fiskars, but I’d like something better. The Fiskars were my late mothers and in her sewing and mending stash.
Are there any paper crafting mini scissors you’d recommend?

You have always been a part of the heist. You're only mad now because you don't like your cut.

Same ^^^ They're small, smooth and have a super pointy tip for tight corners.

Another vote for Cutter Bee - very sharp and pointy and perfect for those small cuts

Thank you! I just ordered from Amazon. The blades are supposed to be nonstick, so that’s a bonus.

Cutter Bees are terrific - I have a pair. But with a minor, old injury and a bit of arthritis that’s settled there, I can’t use them for long. These Fiskars reverse action micro-tips have been terrific for me, and are an Arthritis Foundation pick. They usually sell for much less - just wanted to give a link. They stay in the closed position and you squeeze to open them. I could cut with them for hours. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00114TK46/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have an older version, but really like them.

I love my Cutterbee's but they have gone missing, so I've been using kid-sized scissors from Target (they are pointy but not super pointy) and they aren't that bad... Better than full sized scissors anyway. Don't forget to turn the paper, not the scissors.

Anytime cutterbees go on sale I buy another set. You just can't go wrong with them.
They are just great scissors.

I used the CutterBee scissors until I tried spring loaded scissors. I use a Tonic brand. Fiskars sells spring loaded, too. They look like pruning shears. I thought there would be a learning curve, but they were so easy to use and I feel like my cuts are smoother, not so shaky.
ETA: I still use the CB's if something has adhesive on it.

Shimelle cuts with full sized scissors and says that it's more important that the scissors feel good in your hand rather than worrying about the size of them. I'm not sure if that's completely true but practice definitely helps a lot, whichever scissors you use. I'm not a big fan of fussy cutting but the more I do it the more I can relax and get a better result.
