Vladimir Putin has officially declared war on Ukraine

It's just indiscriminate bombing and attacks everywhere. It doesn't matter who is in the way - Putin doesn't care.

The military base less than 10 miles from the Polish border  has previously hosted foreign military trainers from the UK, US and other countries but it is not clear that any were still there at the base. Ukraine held most of its drills with Nato countries there before the invasion with the last major exercises in September.
The attack happened hours after the Kremlin had warned that western supply lines into the embattled country were “legitimate targets”. Humanitarian supplies were based at this base too.

It's weird how many useful idiots we have in the US. They are so focused on the useful part that they don't realize that they are idiots.

Putin yells 'help'

The Financial Times reported Sunday that Russia is begging for help from China as their invasion of Ukraine continues to face barriers.

According to the report, Russia, which boasts 900,000 personnel with a $65.10 billion military budget in 2019, has asked China for equipment and other services. It's something that the United States officials hope to ensure doesn't happen.

National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan warned China on Sunday that they probably shouldn't try and "bailout" Russia or skirt the sanctions.

"We will ensure that neither China, nor anyone else, can compensate Russia for these losses," Sullivan told NBC. "In terms of the specific means of doing that, again, I’m not going to lay all of that out in public, but we will communicate that privately to China, as we have already done and will continue to do."

China has tried to play both sides on the invasion at the United Nations, but supplying Russia will be a dramatic step toward Russia. That could be an economic problem as Russia imports far less than the United States and the over 130 countries standing against Russia.

Now, the AP reports that the woman and her baby died in horrific conditions in the aftermath of the attack on the hospital — arriving for surgery with her pelvis crushed and hip detached.

 I swear I saw an article about the "the pregnant Ukrainian lady" the one with the photo on the stairs, yesterday or the day before, with her baby after it was born, and it did not say either of them had died   

You probably did but it was a false tweet from the Russian Embassy in London and has since been removed from twitter but not before some media took a screen shot of it. LINK  Best advice is to ignore anything that has a link to any official  Russian site. They're flat out liars and full of propaganda.
Just how low can someone get to post out such untruths - words fail me.

No 10 accused the embassy of posting disinformation on Twitter after it posted pictures of the bombing emblazoned with the label “fake”. A series of follow-up tweets, including a claim that a victim of the bombing was “played” by a beauty blogger, have also been removed after Twitter said they “violated the Twitter rules”.
