For March I'm putting away my albatross of a Disney album so I can get some other scrapping done. I know I'll get more done this way. So my goals for March are:
Edit and order pictures Complete 10 layouts Make 12 base pages for a travel album

Well, I haven’t really made my goals at all this year. It’s been a bit of turmoil herewith the attempting ( and failing at ) moving.
But I do hope to get on track with that soon hopefully ( before my entitled neighbor drives me insane ) I NEED to move.
So to that end, I’m packing up the majority of my stuff. I’m keeping out just enough to stay current in my memory planner. I’m keeping my pens, a few 6x6 & 8x8 pads, my trimmer, my containers of tags & icons that I’ve prepped, corner chomper, adhesive & my class bag. I’m also going to go thru my patterned paper scraps and make a few ‘sets’ of matching colors and store those in a binder. I hope to have everything else packed up by end of March.
Besides, the place will look much neater without all my craft stuff all over. Right now my desk is a disaster.

Shutterfly's unlimited pages sale ends Wednesday so I'm having both volumes of 2015 printed. Since I generally need to add in a small book, like a Christmas or vacation album, in order to get to the free S&H threshold, I need to decide which additional album to print. I have 2 pages left to create for our Florida Fall Break album but I don't know if I will feel motivated enough to complete them (they're both filler pages to get to the 20-page minimum) by Wednesday night.
I'm doing my 2022 album differently than I have previous years but I've been a little intimidated to start scrapping my stories in that different way. Since I'm digital, I can't do differently-sized pages (well, I could but it would mean needing to cut the excess white space off the pages myself and "wasting" pages if I was only doing a small size within my printed 8x8 album) but I am going to try to do more than one story on a page. I will continue to create full-sized layouts but I also want to combine different stories on one page e.g. a 3x12 + 9x12 scrapped with 2 different kits so it's clear they're different stories but on the same page since I'm a digital scrapper. I've discovered that I have stories that are not important enough for an entire page but are more important than one pocket on a pocket page so this is my attempt to solve that problem. I need to work on more of my small(er) January stories and see if the new system feels good or whether it will just be a pain to keep up with over the whole year.
I am including all of my #New52 activities in my monthly Random Roundup pocket pages but I need to decide if/how I'm going to scrap my 2022 OLW (which correlates to my #New52 project).

I only made 32 cards is Feb. so I need to make 18 more to make my quota of 50. After that I really need to work on my electronics. Getting a new phone & computer & printer, changing my WIFI provider, backing up photos. Hoping I’ll still be around by the end of it all. Troubleshooting tech is not my strong suit.

I’m finally caught up with my scrapbook for this year. I need to organize my stickers. I’d like to return to last year’s scrapbook and finish it.

Still working on scrapping school portrait layouts, and I need to start a Senior Year memories book for ds. I didn’t make as much progress in Feb as I had hoped, mainly because I was pretty much sick the entire month of Feb (and it wasn’t even covid!) But, I’m taking a break from school stuff to finish up some class layouts that need photos/journaling, mainly from SCT Crop & Create. And, I too need to address tech stuff - like a new router and possibly upgraded internet.
•stash bash item: sketches/scraplifts/pins •finish UFOs •use up some random adhesive •clean photos off phone •back up Feb photos •school portrait layouts •school portrait compilation (wallets) •Senior Year Memories album •complete 12 projects total (0/12) •yearly completed (18/138)

My favorite threads! March is a slow scrap month. I have 2 day crops and a possible afternoon crop.
My half brother sent me mountain climbing photos he asked me to scrap. I decided to do 8x8. I ordered a bunch of papers from scrapbookcustoms and scrap your trip. My plan is to type up the details he wrote on the back of each photo and make quick work of this project. I do not like to scrap for others because it takes time away from my own stuff. He offered to pay but frankly he like everyone else, has no idea what it costs. If I told him $200 he would croak. So I am going to gift it.
At the end of last month's thread I posted an iceskate layour that won a layout contest at my retreat. I loved making that layout so this month I want to keep up with the iceskating photos. I really love scrapping them.
New dgd is 7 weeks old and I have scrapped less than a fourth of her photos. I need to give her a few hours of my scrap time.

I posted the thread but not my goals - in part because I'm not really sure what they are.
I think I would like to finish up the 4-28-2 layouts but the photos I'm working on don't really fit the prompts well.
I have September 2010 photos on my desk - trying to finish those up.
I bought a digital stamp from Gina K (sunflowers) and want to colour and turn into cards (plus keep one to put with my journalling abt the Ukraine)
I do want to do the March SLofC
just be creative I guess

After having failed too often with my goals in the past, I have monitored what might work for me in Jan and Feb and will put foll out here for March:
- OLW March - 1 12x12 pocket page with a brief overview of the month - printing all pics from January (I just installed a photo printer, which was sitting in it's box for almost 6 month!) - start sorting pics from 2021 - make 4-5 pages (pp or traditional)

My current project is...
I have pulled all my partially used sheets of letters stickers. I bought little mini baggies. I went through several years worth of photos, and made a list of subjects and possible words.
My intention is to make words out of leftover sticker sheet alphabets. While I am doing this, I will simultaneously look on ebay to see if any of my favorites are available for purchase at a reasonable price. Once I do the various leftover sheets on their own, then I will mix and match the leftovers (if there are any styles, patterns and colors, that coordinate together).
I already have a stash of "already made words" baggies, once this project is done I will add them to what I already have.

I want to make a dent in my “work in progress” projects. Most of them are mini albums in various stages of completion.
I also want to put together a scrapbooking kit from my stash using Shimelle’s “Best of Both Worlds” March kit as inspiration.
Lastly, I want to start on making spring themed cards for the 2peas spring card exchange. There’s still time to sign up if anyone is interested!

Wait, what? Another new month? Are you sure...? (My husband thought that it was Nov 2022 the other day, we are very time challenged!)
I'm still working on birthday cards for Cards for Cubs. Want to make 20-40 more to fill my box by March 31. I want to upcycle a bunch of old Christmas cards for Bring Smiles to Seniors. I am halfway through trying to turn my big 8.5x11 PL 2015/AE Story layouts into a blurb book, just found out I've been saving in the wrong format so I need to resave all of the pages I've done, recreate or photograph some pages I didn't have digital copies of, and figure out what order they should go in. I'm also extending February Focus on Finishing (all the WIPs) into March but I haven't come up with a catchy name for it yet.

Annnnnnnd..... I met my goal. Ordered photos, that should be delivered by the 9th.
I'm starting to think there might be a sliver of a chance of scrapping them during the 2peas crop.

Making progress! I don't have any exact statistics but my WIP box is getting noticeably emptier. I finished one envelope of supplies that included 6 backgrounds I made at least 4? years ago, and another I made about 3 years ago (lbr, my problems with "pandemic time" suggests that these are even older than that!) and the last of some gorjuss girls die cuts I've been working through forever. I finished 9 cards and came up with some really unexpected match-ups, which is a good side effect of storing slightly random things together. I finished several more cards with half-started backgrounds/elements this week too. I'm sharing most of them on my biz IG: www.instagram.com/olivemaycards/I also just finished making some digital pages, re-creating physical PL pages. Thought it would take forever but it wasn't too bad. 6 pages done this weekend!

I finished my monthly pocket pages for 2021!! While doing this I found out some months I am horrible about taking daily life photos. I also like when I remember to do a screen shot of whatever tv show we are currently binging.

My Sat crop was cancelled due to bad weather. So I did something I rarely do and that is I prepped pages at home. I am trying to do an 8x8 album for my brother of his mountain climbing photos. I typed out all of the info he gave from the back of each photo, cut them out and matted them.
Now all I have to do next week at my crop is choose which mountain scene paper to use with each photo, mat the photo and then attach the journalling. With my nose to the grindstone I'm shooting for all 60 pages! Maybe this week I will try to select papers for individual photos. I could have just used cardstock but that wouldn't be me!

I participated in the 2peas crop this past weekend and made some headway on school layouts, and zoo layouts.
I have some hard journaling to write for several layouts that I need to get down before my memory fails me.

So far this month I've finished up July-Sep 2010
Taking a break from the old photos to work on some current ones in the family album and in the older kids' album
Then I'll go back and finish up May-Jun 2010 hopefully which'll complete the year.

I finished my brother's album, all 62 8x8 pages! I started on Friday around 3 pm and finished Sat afternoon. It took me basically 10 hours. Today I am shipping it out to him. Of course I did organize all the photos and had typed out and matted the journalling ahead of time so that saved hours on construction.

I made 35 cards for the spring card swap.
Several pocket page scrap layouts.
Organized my recent photos.
Organized my stash in the iris containers.
For what has been thrown at me since the end of February, I feel good.
Hope to get about 6 more pages completed for ds by the end of the month.
