Does anyone go through Costco for insurance with American Family Connect Property and Casualty Insurance Co? I called and premium quoted was so much lower than with my current carrier for autos and home bundled. Any experience with how they handle a claim--good, easy experience, or a nightmare dealing with them? I trust the Peas and any info is appreciated. TIA

Yes, I have both car and home coverage for 10 years. I called an insurance company that was advertised during the superbowl a few years ago that gives you the best rate for 3 companies. They came back with, nope, can't beat your rate. We had a hail damage claim, a new roof installed, a new car windshield installed, and a car tow and had excellent service.

Thanks for your response. I was surprised at how much I would save with them, which also made me skeptical. My sister has her auto insurance with them and her rate is cheap, but she has not had any claims. I hesitate to give up my local guy, but the savings is substantial.
