We have A LOT of tenderized round steak. We use it mainly for country fried steak.
What else can we use it for?

My mom always used it for a dish called pepper steak that included bell peppers and was served over rice. While I much preferred the country fried steak, the pepper steak was good. Here is a version - Skinnytaste Pepper Steak.

Shish kebob!
Easiest way is to sprinkle with seasoning salt, a little bit if wine and marinate for about 20 hours, maybe less, in Italian dressing. I say 24 hours because I will cut it up and then marinate and serve it the next day. I flip the bowl over when marinating.
I put it on skewers with onion chunks, mushrooms, and peppers.
Love me some shish kebob!

We mix the marinated meat pieces with cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, chunks of mixed peppers (red, yellow, orange, green), onions and pineapple chunks in a foil pan or packet and grill it, then serve it over a bed of either rice or riced cauliflower. Yum!

"Smothered Steak" Onion slices on the bottom of a crockpot, then steak, then a can of cream of mushroom soup. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
