I know someone here can help me! Years ago, I think I got it here, I found a web page that you could put in the name of a company and the the phone number and email addresses for CEO's, Head of retail sales, etc for any company you wanted. I used it once and had an amazing resolution to my issue. Well the time has come and I need it again. My son bought a Camp Chef smoker from a site called Expert Voice. It looks reputable. There is a no return policy but I would think that it applies to if you don't like something you cant return for size or color. He spent hundreds on a smoker and IT DOES NOT WORK! They walked him through taking it apart and trying a fix. Took six hours and no luck They said it is not returnable. They finally sent him a replacement part BUT THE ORIGONAL PIECE IS WELDED so he cant do anything with it. He tried something else today and ended up ripping a good pair of pants and got a nasty cut. He filed a claim with AmEx but they are not sure they can win the claim.
How do I get the contact info for both EXPERT VOICE and CAMP CHEF without going to a sketchy site. I have the CEOS names but no contact info
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were camping and tested our Camp Chef camp stove and it had a leak so we went to Sportman's Warehouse to find a part. "Can we return this if it doesn't fit?" "Yes you can." Yeah, it didn't fit and Sportman's Warehouse wouldn't take it back because the package was opened  We ended up buying a new stove... I hope you figure it out.

Campchef.com and there is a support button at the top of the page. I need to get past the customer service people to the top people. I think the only way to do this is with CEO or Head of Retail Sales contact for Camp Chef. I would prefer Expert Voice heads. They will only say it is a final sale and we cant get past them. SO FRUSTRATING

Have you tried posting on their facebook or other social media accounts? I'm also utterly shocked that Amex says they can't solve the problem. I'm primarily a Chase user and they have 100% solved issues quite frankly more minor than this one.

I dont know that you are going to get anywhere- they told you before you purchased that there were no returns.

I know that’s a route that many have had success with.

I dont know that you are going to get anywhere- they told you before you purchased that there were no returns. It's illegal for a company to not accept returns of a defective product.

I would have thought it would not be an issue since it is defective! It makes zero sense. You can contact the FTC and see if they'll send a warning letter.

What's to win? Amex has money to waste on this stuff. They should just dispute the charge and if the company puts up a fuss, they put up a fuss. Honestly, they probably won't care. Sounds like they have less than reputable business practices. No returns does not apply to defective products. I would also tell them that you want money for the doctor's visit for the nasty cut. Not that you would do it but if you demand more than just the returned item, they may say they will take the item back. I would rip them a new one all over social media.
Capital One would just give me my money back, no questions asked. I've done it several times and one time the item was purchased a year prior.
Report them to the BBB and local news outlets. Let them know you will be doing that. I bet you get somewhere with that one.

If you have tried in good faith to return the item and contact the company, AMEX HAS to dispute the charge. They refund your money while they contact the company. I bet the company doesn't get back to them so they will not contest it.

I have not used linked in but will certainly set it up! Twitter too! Years ago we had trouble with Sports Authority giving us the run around on a return in the time frame with a rec't from a store they acquired. I used a website that gave me the CEO/top leaders contact info. I reached out, left a voice mail, got a call back with in 24 hours and a gift card for $350 (value of item) overnighted to me and told to keep the item! Most amazing experience ever!!

He is filling this out NOW as it says it could have been purchased other places.. Thanks so much. I will let you know if it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
